An Update From Katie Bonjean, Cooperative Sales Manager
As the leaves begin to change and the morning weather feels a bit crisp, it is certainly starting to feel like fall!
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to take an e-bike ride with one of our Charter Members at Elm Creek Park Reserve. As we enjoyed the beautiful 18-mile ride, it renewed in me a sense of excitement surrounding Artessa Maple Grove at Rush Hollow and its charter members.
As the leaves were falling around us and the long grasses were swaying, we came around a corner — and there was Rush Hollow! It is easy to understand what a remarkable community it will be, and we are excited to be a part of it.
Looking forward to what’s in store for Maple Grove
• We continue to have good interest in Artessa and have begun residence selections in order of priority number received if you have already completed a reservation.
• Since we are just beginning selections, we have many prime homes available. It isn’t too late to get your priority number to enjoy all of the benefits of cooperative living.
Residence Selections Have Begun
We have scheduled several residence selection meetings and are hoping to get through all the charter members by mid-November or early December.
We quickly realized our charter members are an exciting group of people! Several people we have reached out to are on spectacular trips to Italy, Germany and Ireland. Others are preparing for their return to their winter homes in warmer climates.
It has been a pleasure connecting with so many of you and learning your life stories. These connections are what make our work so rewarding, and we are grateful to get to know each of you!

A few updates...
• While all entitlements are completed and the land has been purchased, our team is working diligently to achieve the 60% presale requirement.
• We are more than halfway there and anticipate with interest we are on track for reaching that goal in the spring.
Meanwhile, members can continue selecting residences, browse the Design Studio to become inspired, and attend member social gatherings where you will meet your future neighbors. Now is a great time to refer friends and family to help build your community of neighbors!

Fall Pumpkin Bar Recipe
Ingredients
Bars
• 3 Large eggs room temperature
• 1 cup brown sugar packed
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 (29oz) can pumpkin puree about 3 ½ cups
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Cream Cheese Frosting
• 1 (8oz) package cream cheese softened to room temperature
• ½ cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
Bars
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugars, oil, and pumpkin together until combined.
3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
4. Stir until *just* combined.
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool completely before frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
2. Add in heavy cream and vanilla and beat until combined.
3. Add in powdered sugar and beat until combined and fluffy.
4. Frost cooled bars and enjoy!
