Explore the Snaza'ist Discovery Centre and the Mascot Gold Mine, perched on a cliff face, to experience what life was like as a hard rock gold miner. Nestled in the Okanagan Valley near Vernon, the 53-acre O’Keefe family ranch was founded in 1867. Like most of the early ranches it was a small community with a Post Office, blacksmith shop and even its own church. Today the Ranch is open for daily tours and hosts the Annual Cowboy Festival in August.
