Caractéristiques des fraises Les fraises “aCE” représentent l’exemple d’intégration entre les aciers HSS PM frittés et la nouvelle génération de revêtements pour outils.

Ces fraises produites avec Aciers super-rapides frittés PM produits avec les plus récentes technologies et revêtus avec un nouveau revêtement révolutionnaire AlCrN (Nitrure de Chrome et Aluminium), peuvent être employées avec haute vitesse et avance et ont un haut degrés de résistance à l’usure et à la chaleur, bien supérieur par rapport aux fraises fabriquées en HSS (avec les usuels revêtements à base Titane) aujourd’hui sur le marché. , d’après long temps connaît le avantages obtenus avec des outils revêtus (meilleure tenue, haute productivité, moins de change outils et par conséquent mois d’arrêt machine, coût pièce inférieur, meilleure finition de la surface usinée) et s’est équipée d’un CENTRE DE REVÊTEMENT (opérationnel à l’intérieur de l’atelier Vergnano), très avancé technologiquement et capable de réaliser la plus part de revêtements disponibles pour satisfaire toute exigence d’usinage.

“aCE” avec les fraises hautes vitesses et avances.

Nous Vous donnons de suite quelques indications sur comment employer ces fraises à partir de notre publication sur “comment utiliser nos fraises”, où Vous pouvez augmenter de 30% soit la vitesse de coupe (Tours/min) soit l’avance (mm/ min).

These cutters, produced from PM steel, are made by the latest techniques and coated with a new revolutionary coating AlCrN (Chrome Aluminium Nitride). This coating enables the cutters to be run at a higher feed and speed, while offering greater wear resistance. This is due to the ACE coating’s ability to withstand high degrees of heat and to operate at a temperature much higher than conventional cutters made from HSS with the usual Titanium coating could. , have long been aware of the advantages obtained by using coated tools, (longer tool life, increased productivity, less tool changes leading to increased efficiency of the machine tool, lower component costs and improved surface finish of the component) and is equipped with a technologically advanced COATING UNIT capable of producing a large range of coatings to suit specific machining requirements.

Working conditions “aCE” end mills are capable of increasing productivity in both wet or dry cutting conditions.

They are especially suitable for both rough and finish milling on non alloyed or high alloyed steels with a high tensile strength.

Cutting conditions The resistance to oxidisation at higher temperatures (maximum temperature resistance 1100º C) of this new coating, combined with the resistance to both wear and compression typical of the HSS PM produced by the powder technology

process, allows “aCE” end mills to run at much higher cutting speeds and feed rates than conventional cutters.

Our technicians will be pleased to advise on cutting data for different materials and in different cutting conditions.

Some indication of recommended cutting parameters for these cutters can be found in our handbook (“general end mills cutting conditions”) but generally both cutting Speed (RPM) and Feed rate (mm/min) can be safely increased by 30%.

Caratteristiche delle frese Le frese “aCE” aCE” rappresentano in modo esemplare l’integrazione che in questi ultimi anni si è avuta tra gli acciai rapidi prodotti con la tecnologia delle polveri e la nuova generazione di rivestimenti per utensili.

Queste frese prodotte con acciai sinterizzati di ultima generazione e con un nuovo rivoluzionario rivestimento al NITRURO DI CROMO ALLUMINIO (AlCrN) possono essere impiegate con velocità di taglio ed avanzamenti molto elevati ed hanno un grado di resistenza all’usura ed al calore ben superiore alle frese in acciaio super rapido (provviste dei tradizionali rivestimenti a base Titanio) fino ad oggi in commercio.

La , da tempo sensibile ai vantaggi ottenuti con l’impiego di utensili rivestiti (maggior durata, elevata produttività, minor numero di cambi utensile e quindi minori tempi di fermo macchina, costi inferiori per unità prodotta, migliore qualità superficiale dei pezzi lavorati), dispone di un CENTRO RIVESTIMENTI tecnologicamente molto avanzato in grado di realizzare un’ampia gamma di trattamenti superficiali studiati per soddisfare ogni esigenza di lavorazione.

Condizioni di lavoro Le frese “aCE” consentono notevoli aumenti di prestazioni e di produttività (intesa come capacità di produrre più pezzi per unità di tempo) sia nelle lavorazioni a secco che in quelle con lubrificazione.

Sono particolarmente indicate nella fresatura di sgrossatura e finitura di acciai non legati, altamente legati e con elevata durezza.

Parametri di taglio Le proprietà di resistenza all’ossidazione ed al calore (temperatura massima di lavoro 1100°) di questo nuovo rivestimento unite alla resistenza all’usura ed alla compressione proprie degli acciai rapidi prodotti con la tecnologia delle polveri, consentono di utilizzare le frese “aCE” con Velocità di taglio ed Avanzamenti molto elevati.

I ns. tecnici saranno ben lieti di ottimizzarvi la parametrica in funzione delle caratteristiche dei materiali da lavorare ed alle condizioni di lavoro; riteniamo comunque utile fornirvi come prima indicazione di utilizzo l’invito ad utilizzare il ns. manuale, “dati orientativi impiego frese”, incrementando del 30% i valori di Velocità (N=g/min) e di Avanzamento (A=mm/min).
