At Arnold Services, we strive to provide you with exceptional support and activities that contribute to and sustain resiliency, quality of life, health and family of the Arnold AFB Community.

60 DAY TOTAL BODY COMPOSITION CHALLENGE JANUARY 2-FEBRUARY 29 Create your own fitness regimen and work at your own pace! This total body composition challenge focuses on fitness, body fat loss, and weight reduction.

Initial weigh-in from Jan 2-5 with InBody Scan.

Weekly observed work out and weigh-in.

Prizes for the top male and female who obtains the highest percentage of total body fat lost.

Must have valid DoD ID and be at least 18 years and older to participate.
