Our in-house marketing team will develop a custom marketing plan for your property based on geographic location and size, that will consist of Email Marketing to realtors, a Social Media Campaign on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube, Direct Mail Outs, Property Flyer Distribution, and more.

Social Media Campaign Once the listing is live, we will make a Just Listed post that will include additional photos, list price, and realtor contact information, along with a Facebook album that includes a detailed description and all photos of your property.

Throughout the life of your listing, we will make regular posts on our social media platforms, as well as Facebook groups that are specific to geographic regions and Sponsored Ads that target a selected area to expose your property to additional viewers.

Jessica Armstrong is the Team Leader and Broker Associate of Armstrong Properties and a generational landowner with a passion for real estate. As a native of Burleson and Lee County, she grew up on her family’s cattle ranch and developed skills early on that would prepare her throughout her career.
