Professional still and drone photography is captured to give a consumer the best view of your property from the ground and from an aerial view. A video will also be prepared to take potential buyers on a realistic virtual tour of your land, highlighting improvements, access points, and geographical references.

We create an informative interactive map that will show prospective buyers and colleagues a customized map of your listing. Not only the boundary line of the property, but any water features, improvements, roads, fencing, soil information and more.

A property sign is the #1 way to professionally show your property is for sale. Our clean branding will guide prospects to your property without distracting from your property’s appeal. Melanie Moore is a Texas Broker, REALTOR®, GRI (Graduate from REALTOR® Institute), and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).

Growing up on a working cattle ranch, outside the small town of Dime Box, Texas, Melanie has always loved the land and appreciated the country atmosphere. Her passion for horses grew throughout her life as she has traveled across the world gaining knowledge and experience in several di erent Equine programs.

After graduating Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science, Melanie immediately received her real estate license and has pursued a career in selling farm and ranch land, raw acreage, transitional land, luxury properties, equestrian estates and homes on acreage properties for both buyers and sellers. She is determined to help you purchase or sell your property with the marketing and expertise that she can provide.

Jessica Armstrong is the Team Leader and Broker Associate of Armstrong Properties and a generational landowner with a passion for real estate. As a native of Burleson and Lee County, she grew up on her family’s cattle ranch and developed skills early on that would prepare her throughout her career. In addition, Jessica gained crucial experience in the transaction process while working at a title company, and oil and gas knowledge while working as a landman.

She has since expanded Armstrong Properties to serve all areas of Central Texas, while continuing to add specialists that have the background and experience needed to ensure competency in all aspects of real estate.

Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University and her Broker’s license shortly after. She has since lived out her passion for property and historic integrity by investing and renovating numerous properties, including several historic buildings. Assisting generational landowning families during real estate transactions continues to be one of Jessica’s favorite moments of her job.
