akses tirana

Design year - 2021
Location: Tirana
Company: Matrix Konstruksion
The architectural composition under consideration is a residential complex composed of two distinct phases, encompassing a total of four buildings. Among these structures, three are designated for residential purposes, while one is specifically tailored to accommodate offices and commercial areas. Each building is thoughtfully designed to encompass a total of nine floors, with the primary levels dedicated to facilitating commercial activities.

Situated on the northwestern periphery of Tirana city, the chosen location for this residential complex boasts a highly advantageous position in close proximity to key destinations within the urban fabric.
The overarching concept for this project is one of a self-contained microcosm, akin to a small city nestled within the larger urban context. Embracing Tirana's distinctive green line concept, Akses Tirana incorporates its own green line within the site, with three out of the four designated lines seamlessly integrated within the complex's spatial arrangement.

Conceptual drawing
This project places a strong emphasis on the inclusion of green and recreational spaces, ensuring an abundance of well-designed areas for everyone to enjoy. The integration of green spaces throughout the complex serves multiple purposes, such as providing visual appeal, improving air quality, and promoting a sense of tranquility and connection with nature.

lalezi bay resort

Design year - 2022
Location: Durres
Company: Matrix Konstruksion
The resort is an integrated residential resort that encompasses a wide range of amenities and zones, including apartments, hotels, commercial areas, and villa zones. The focus of my work has been primarily on the design of apartments and commercial zones within this resort. The residential component comprises 14 apartment buildings, each spanning four floors, offering a variety of housing options to residents. Additionally, there are 16 commercial buildings designed with one or two floors, providing space for various businesses and commercial activities. The resort's overall layout combines these different elements to create a cohesive and vibrant environment for residents and visitors alike.

The site of the resort is strategically located in Durres, which presents a unique opportunity to attract individuals from diverse countries and backgrounds.

In the apartment zone, the residential buildings are meticulously organized across four floors, with the top floor designed as loft spaces. Each building features its own road access leading to the underground parking facility, ensuring convenience for residents. The landscape design incorporates small pools and various leisure spaces, providing residents with opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Moreover, dedicated pedestrian paths and bike lanes are integrated into the layout, promoting active lifestyles and sustainable transportation options.
As for the commercial zone, it boasts its own boulevard, creating a distinct and prominent thoroughfare within the resort. This boulevard serves as a focal point, attracting attention and facilitating easy access to the commercial establishments. It enhances the visibility and exposure of the businesses within the zone, creating an engaging and vibrant commercial atmosphere.

b villa

Design year - 2021
Location: Durres
Company: Matrix Konstruksion
B Villa, situated in Durres, has already had its exterior constructed, and my project involves designing the interior of the villa. The villa comprises two floors, with the ground floor hosting the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. My task focuses on conceptualizing and creating the interior design of the villa, considering elements such as furniture, color schemes, materials, lighting, and spatial layout. By carefully crafting the interior spaces, I aim to achieve a harmonious and functional environment that aligns with the overall aesthetic vision for B Villa.

As the villa is situated by the sea, the inspiration for the interior design draws from the captivating beach vibe. The concept revolves around creating a space that seamlessly blends with the coastal surroundings and evokes a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The color palette takes cues from the ocean and sandy beaches, incorporating soothing blues, soft neutrals, and warm earth tones. Natural materials like wood, rattan, and linen are used to add texture and enhance the beach aesthetic.
