Construction of three buildings totaling 150,345 SF on 12.3 acres, consisting of assembly/distribution buildings and a showroom retail building. The retail/showroom building has a shaded storefront glass systems, 16’-18’ clear heights and grade-level roll up doors at the rear. The remaining two buildings are used for assembly/distribution with associated office spaces. Buildings have 24’-26’ interior clear height with rear-loaded doors and share a screened truck court.

Construction of a single cross dock speculative shell building of approximately 377,028 SF on a 26 acre site. Facility is primarily distribution/warehouse in nature with the potential for multiple tenants. Shell construction consists of concrete tilt building panels with castellated beams, girders and purlins, and an insulated TPO roof system with approximately 75 roll-up doors and 10 dock levelers.
