MIRABEL DESERT LODGE CLUBHOUSE

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA

The Mirabel Desert Lodge Clubhouse project added a new indoor and outdoor peninsula bar as well as increased casual dining space, outdoor patio dining space with additional fire pits, a private dining room and two new glass walled wine rooms. The Club’s commercial kitchen was enlarged to handle additional dining needs, and upgraded to increase food service efficiency and capacity. The Fitness Center doubled in size (adding 2,400 SF), with dedicated areas for stretching, additional free weight equipment, Pilates and other classes. Locker rooms were updated and additional space was created for more salon and spa services. The front entrance was updated with refreshed landscaping, improved lighting and water features. The Tennis & Racquet Center was expanded to include four new pickleball courts.

MIRABEL DESERT LODGE

EMPIRE POINTE

QUEEN CREEK, ARIZONA

Empire Pointe is situated amongst the landscape of a 153-acre master planned community in Queen Creek, Arizona. The 3,500 square-foot fitness center features state-of-the-art workout equipment, a multipurpose room, and men’s and women’s restrooms. Additionally, the plaza features a resort-style pool, social gathering spaces, an Alumawood shade structure, outdoor shower, game lawns, play parks, and sports courts.

CADENCE AT GATEWAY: THE SQUARE

MESA, ARIZONA

The Square consists of an 11,500 sf community center which includes a café, visitors center, great room, fitness center, indoor/ outdoor meeting spaces, events center, resort-style pools, tennis, bocce and basketball courts, shaded play areas, dog park, and garden.

CADENCE AT GATEWAY: THE SQUARE

APACHE COMFORT STATIONS

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA

Meticulously designed to fit within their natural setting, these single-story 750 SF on-course comfort stations sit at the transition points from Hole 5/Tee 6 and at Hole 12/Tee 13, providing members an inviting reprieve from the challenge of the game. The fully automated, relaxed, and welcoming venues feature a penny candy store, beverages, fresh sandwiches and snacks, and two single-user restrooms.

HAVEN COMMUNITY CENTER

CHANDLER, ARIZONA

Located within a larger residential development, the construction of the Haven Community Center included an amenity building, ramada, BBQ patio, lounge terrace and a private community pool and spa. Within the amenity building, there is a fitness center, office, storage, men’s and women’s restrooms, utility and riser room. Site work included an ADA pool, ADA spa, lounge terrace, site walls, new hardscape and new landscape.

DENIM SCOTTSDALE

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA

Construction of two buildings, a fitness center and clubhouse, totaling 9,423 SF for the Denim Scottsdale Apartments. The project also included construction of a pool, patio area and associated sitework.

MADERA COMMUNITY CENTER

QUEEN CREEK, ARIZONA

Madera Community Center is a 5-acre, residential community center that has been designed with numerous amenities that attract multi-generational interest, including both active and passive recreation features including a private multi-use swimming pool, shaded play structure, ramadas, bocce ball courts, a pickle ball court, recreation center pavilion, and multiple seating options.

HALSTEN CLUB ROOM

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA

The Halsten 6th floor club room and fitness center project consisted of switching the two locations. Scope included new interiors, mechanical and plumbing revisions.

THE TRAILS AT TORTOSA

MARICOPA, ARIZONA

The Trails at Tortosa represents a commitment to outdoor recreation, nature, wellness, and quality of life that is reflected throughout the community but is especially evident in the design and construction of the new central amenity plaza. This 3,334 SF recreational and community hub offers residents thoughtfully programmed leisure and social, swim and spa, creative, children’s and pets’ spaces, and a pickleball court.

WATERSTON CENTRAL

GILBERT, ARIZONA

Waterston Central is a transformative new central amenity plaza that creates an environment that is centered around outdoor living, adventure, and water. This vibrant space features a picturesque 1.2-acre lake, a spacious swimming pool, outdoor pavilions and passive seating areas, a splash pad, a playground, an outdoor kitchen, and a recreation lawn for all to enjoy. Designed to foster connection, relaxation, and fun, Waterston Central offers residents the perfect place to interact and socialize with their families and each other.

TALKING STICK GOLF CLUB

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA

Design Build phased GMP renovation and expansion of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Talking Stick Golf Clubhouse. Phase I consisted of the addition of two new buildings, the Golf Academy and the Sandwich House. Phase II included a complete remodel and expansion of the existing Clubhouse and Parking Lot.

THE MITA CLUB AT TRILOGY

PEORIA, ARIZONA

Construction of a resort-styled setting with 11,000 interior square feet and 6,000 square feet of covered patio space. Indoor amenities include fitness, lockers, movement studio, culinary demo kitchen and artists’ studio. Pool restrooms, shallow well (pool bar), mailbox kiosks and pool equipment yard. Outdoor amenities include pool/spa, tennis courts, function lawn and outdoor patios/fire features.

ELLSWORTH RANCH

QUEEN CREEK, ARIZONA

Ellsworth Ranch Central Amenity creates an atmosphere that pays respect to the authentic history of the property, the Ellsworth family heritage, and provides a parklike setting for the community to come together, socialize, and relax. The new central amenity plaza within Ellsworth Ranch features a clubhouse with fitness center, pool, pickleball courts, a half basketball court, seating, and a children’s play area.
