An Architecture Visualization is the graphical representation of an architecture model or an architecture view of a model.
iCOMMENT
For years, scientists and experts in architectural prototyping have been rethinking their approaches employed in different areas of design with the aim of creating better products. For example, 3D modeling and architectural prototyping have created approaches that emphasize new designs, such as parametric design, which is becoming the new norm In this post, we will take a closer look to answer two common questions, “What are parametric designs?”
PARAMETRIC DESIGN
So, what exactly is a parametric design/ Parametricism? It is a process based on algorithm thinking, which makes it possible to express parameters as well as rules that together encode and define the relationship between design response and design intent. So, what does parametric mean in architecture?
A Closer Look at Parametric Design
If you look at the common traditional architectural styles, they were characterized by sharp corners, straight lines, and acute angles. Parametricism is a departure from these common styles and gives way to free-form concepts, which can include irregular shapes, curves, and sweeping lines, that help to give every building a unique character. These designs are described as futuristic.
In architecture, the definition of parametric design can be summarized in the following four points:
•Blending variety with complexity. This is used to help reject homogenous monopolization.
•Shared priorities that involve different concepts, including fashion, architectural wonder, interior design, and urbanism.
•The principle that all elements in the design are adaptable and interdependent.
•Bias towards advanced computerized algorithms.
The Art of Parametric Visualization
Common Examples of Parametric Design Use in Architecture
When you look at parametric structures, whether in a computergenerated design or in a real environment analysis, they appear "lawless amalgams" but they are not. Using the right parametric design software, architects look to nature for inspiration. Talk of the earth's unique systems, from the corals in the Great Barrier Reef to the contours of the Great Canyon and the unique habitats of different organisms. The designs seek to adapt to these forms and functions. To demonstrate the application of parametric design in architecture, one of the best examples is the Peix Olympic, simply known as "Fish" and designed by Frank Gehry in Barcelona. Gehry has become one of the most revered artists for taking organic shapes and using them to create building designs. Another example of parametric designs is the Galaxy SOHO Mall, one of the most iconic buildings in China and across the globe. The building design was done by Zaha Hadid Architects and hosts offices, entertainment, and retail sections. The most notable thing about this building is that it does not have visible corners, giving a unique feeling of a space with no breaks, just continuous.
Another celebrated architect because of his projects in parametric designs is Jean Nouvel. While it is true that he has multiple buildings completed under his watch, the most notable is the Louvre Abu Dabi. Then there is Patrick Shoumacher who has promoted what he (awkwardly) calls “parametricism,” not merely as a useful tool, but as the enabler of an entirely new kind of architecture, a new aesthetic. Parametricism means no more axes, no more regularity, no more symmetry nothing that smacks of the great architecture of the past. “Avoid repetition, avoid straight lines, avoid right angles, avoid corners, avoid simple repetition of elements,” he advises in the defining manifesto he wrote for the 2008 Venice Architecture Biennale. “Hybridize, morph, reterritorialize, deform … consider all forms to be parametrically malleable.” Stated that way, parametricism sounds as if it has more to do with taste than with problem-solving.
Schumacher describes parametricism as a deliberate response to an increasingly heterogeneous society. “The task is to develop an architectural and urban repertoire that is geared up to create complex, polycentric urban fields, which are densely layered and continuously differentiated,” he writes.
That society has become more fragmented and heterogeneous is unarguable, but the conclusion that a fragmented public wants or needs a fragmented architecture strikes me as idiosyncratic. What characterizes modern society is not confusion, but a confusion of choices—in movies, music, entertainment, information, food, and dress. No wonder we have such a wide range of building designs: traditional as well as avant-garde, familiar as well as unusual, Cartesian as well as morphological.
Parametricism may be one answer although exactly to what question remains unclear—but it’s certainly not the answer.
Although it is relatively subtle when compared to other high-rise buildings on the globe, the intricate dome puts it in a class of its own.
Almost everyone who deals with any aspect of architecture requires architectural visualization, but the designers or architects themselves most often do the process. More often than not, the primary users of architectural visualization are the architects themselves, marketing executives, and advertisers.
Who needs architectural visualization?
Lighting Design. The Law Of Attraction.
L.u.xu. r.y + PL U S
Enter a room finished with friendly, inviting light and you’ll instantly feel at ease. Enter that same room with insufficient or harsh lighting, and your mood will completely flip. But why is this the case?
Lighting has biological and physical effects that can impact the health and well-being of humans. Biologically, good lighting design can help stabilize your circadian rhythm, helping improve your overall mood and contributing to a better night’s sleep. Psychologically, good light can help reduce depression and even increase cognitive performance such as reaction time.
To put things simply, lighting affects our mood drastically and shouldn’t be ignored. It’s a lot more important than you might imagine.
How does this affect the design of your space?
When designing your space, lighting should be addressed from the very start. Collaborating with a lighting designer, and involving them in conversations with your architect, electrician, and any other professionals working on the project will ensure everyone’s on the same page. A collaborative design process will create a smooth-running project with a greater chance of an amazing end result.
The illusion of space with lighting design
Without sufficient lighting, the space of a room will feel small and cramped. By effectively distributing light within an area, a brighter and more impressive space will be shaped. This is mostly due to the elimination of shadows and dark/harsh lighting.
A more spacious room is achieved by professional lighting designers who use a technique called ‘layered lighting’. This involves the use of multiple light sources to create the desired effect and atmosphere.
Ambient, task, and accent lighting make up this ‘layered lighting’ technique, and all serve different purposes.
Increase productivity with lighting design
This point goes primarily for working environments, but home offices can benefit too. Poor lighting will reduce the productivity of employees while good lighting will increase their productivity. This boils down to the biological and physical effects of lighting that we mentioned earlier –when someone’s mood is high, their productivity increases and lighting plays an important role in this.
Improved flexibility with lighting design Flexibility is a major benefit of lighting design.
With the evergrowing advancements in technology and lighting control, setting the perfect mood for your space is easier than ever.
By working alongside a professional lighting design consultant with experience in smart lighting and controls, you’re given the capability of dimming lights, choosing between pre-set lighting scenes, and much more. Lighting controls have become increasingly popular in the hospitality industry due to effects that can be made on customer experience.
For example, being able to control the intensity and mood of lighting throughout the day is perfect for restaurants. A brighter atmosphere can be set in the morning to help wake customers, while an intimate and relaxing mood can be set during the evening.
For millions of people, dining is more than eating out. It’s a kind of hobby. They want an unforgettable experience away from home. They don’t want to feel at home. The restaurant’s interior design is a part of that impressive experience.
Please note that the number of these people will increase in 2024. Well–designed restaurant interiors donate to the success, and the profits, of any dining formation. Planning your restaurant interior design begins with market research, continues with understanding market trends, and concludes with strategic execution. Restaurant interior design has an affected influence on the sort of people the restaurant attracts. A traditional style or modern, rustic or contemporary all of these define your guests.
Creative restaurant interior design, nevertheless, does not need a million-dollar investment if you understand the value of buyer marketing. Hospitality specialists and interior designers nowadays are armed with the knowledge and skill to create a suitable space for clients.
Benefits of using a Hospitality Specialist interior designer
Consulting with a hospitality specialist interior designer is not about impressive ideas and personal taste for a consumer. It is about customers and designers coming together to design a special space. In the end making a flexible, practical space that optimizes an environment and communicates the clients, business, image, and location is the final goal.

The following pages are ARCON’S DESIGN COMPANY treasure. It is intended as a tool not only for the consumer but also for those seeking inspiration in their own design work.
Design since the millennium has witnessed a liberating pluralism, and for the past years, the design community has been in a state of flux, with no one style or trend being dominant. There has been a slow breaking down of the barriers between disciplines, cultures, roles, and skills: this is a period in which there is a place for craft-based, low-tech, individualistic approaches, as well as for mass-produced high-tech.

The concept of ‘’design for all “ introduces trends that have grown steadily in recent years: the increased democratization of design, the rise of superficial styling, and the birth of the design personality steadily in recent years. As we often explain to our clients: materials are the character actors of the projects. In today’s globalized, rootless world, design needs history more than ever.
We can create a new design history at every point level. Remarkable new trend ideas can transform our everyday life, but we must produce only what can improve life, and what can make this world a better place. If you want information about these unique materials do not hesitate to ask.

HOW TO MAKE CHEESY BAKED CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS:
Preheat the oven to 375° then lightly grease an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl then add the breadcrumbs to a second shallow bowl. Cut the chicken into about 1 1/2″ size pieces and slice the mushrooms.
Dip the chicken into the eggs then roll them in the breadcrumbs to completely coat and transfer to wax paper. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of butter to a large skillet over medium heat then drop in the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden. In the same skillet over medium heat, pour in the wine and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the liquid is reduced. Be sure to scrape up any brown bits – they’re extra flavor!
Pour the liquid evenly over the cheesy chicken then bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Cooking time will vary depending on the exact size of the chicken pieces.

Tracing The Path Of Luxury: The History Of Aston Martin Condos in Miami
You have always been drawn to the pursuit of luxury, whether it be in the form of a sleek sports car or a lavish home. And now, Aston Martin has combined both of these desires with their foray into real estate. The iconic British luxury carmaker has partnered with global property developer GG Business Developments to create the Aston Martin Residences in Miami, a 66 stories luxury tower featuring 390 high-end condominiums.
The process of hiring an interior designer can feel like dating. Is it the right match? Are you on the same page? How do you know if your visions align?
But this venture is more than just another luxury condo development. It’s a reflection of Aston Martin’s continued evolution and expansion beyond its automotive roots.
By bringing their signature style and design aesthetic to the world of real estate, they are setting a new standard for what it means to live in ultimate luxury. So let’s trace the path of this journey and explore how it made its mark on the real estate industry.
Expanding the Brand: Aston Martin’s Move into Real Estate
Get ready to experience the ultimate in luxury living as Aston Martin expands its brand beyond cars with its first-ever real estate venture. This project is a result of a partnership between Aston Martin and global property developer GG Business Developments, founded by CEO German Coto.
The development is located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami and offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, Miami River, and Miami. This 66story tower features 391 luxury condominium residences ranging from one to five bedrooms and duplexes. Eighty percent of these residences were sold as of May 2021, leaving only 20 units available for sale out of almost 700 as of June 2022. Owners can occupy residences by the summer of 2023 and enjoy direct access to the Atlantic Ocean via a mega-yacht marina that can accommodate boats up to 500 feet long. The building also has four full floors with a fitness center, spa, meditation room, pool, and sky bar lounge.

The interiors and amenities of the Aston Martin Residences in Miami are a true reflection of the luxury aesthetic that the iconic car brand is known for. The building boasts signature items showcasing Aston Martin’s trademark colors, stitching style, and materials throughout its common areas. The design team had a hand in every decision made, from kitchen and bathroom finishes to the art on the walls.
Residents will have access to 42,275 square feet of Sky Amenities spanning four levels, including a two-level fitness center, spinning studio, boxing gym, virtual golf room, private dining room, business center, kids room, full-service spa, and beauty salon. The shared areas will include an infinity pool on level 55 overlooking downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. In addition to these spaces being inspired by Aston Martin’s designs, they also take into account Miami’s tropical environment to provide true comfort and subtlety in incorporating Aston Martin’s DNA into this real estate project.

As the most anticipated waterfront residential building under construction in Downtown Miami, Aston Martin Residences is using nothing short of the highest quality materials in its development. The British carmaker's first branded building in the heart of South Florida, developed by G&G Business Development and its belief in "Love for beauty and passion for excellence," uses materials such as Thassos marble directly from Greece, glass, and metal in its homes.

“As soon as Aston Martin was on board and ready to work hand-in-hand with our architects and designers to achieve a distinct style, it set the tone for the entire project. The finest craftsmanship, perfect balance, and authenticity of materials are integral to Aston Martin and G&G Business Developments; these values are woven into the narrative of both brands. One example of the authenticity of materials is the snow-white Thassos marble we chose for the floors of the condos and penthouses,” adds Coto. The Greek Thassos marble will be put to fine use at Aston Martin Residences. Much like the brand’s cars the strength and endurance of the marble to be present at the sail-shaped tower are top-of-the-line. "Known for its beauty, we went to great lengths to hand-select 1,400,000 square feet of this extraordinarily pure and durable marble as its characteristics fit perfectly with the Aston Martin Residences," says Coto.

What to Expect When Working with an architectural Interior designer.
Working with an interior designer is a positive and dare we say gamechanging — experience for many. However, if you haven’t done it before, the idea of hiring someone to undertake this task can feel intimidating.
Have realistic expectations
Most designers will tell you that, as much as we all love to watch home design shows, their prevalence has done a bit of a disservice. Thanks to TV magic, the designers on those shows pull off projects with tight deadlines and shoestring budgets that would never fly in the real world. On TV, there is often a team of laborers working behind
ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN GUIDE
the scenes to complete the work in record time, and their salaries are built into the budget for the show, meaning design recipients only need to pay for the cost of materials. Realistically, you should be prepared to cover the cost of materials plus any additional labor costs. Keep in mind that hiring additional labor can help get the work done faster, but it will also increase your bottom line. Of course, every project is different. The best way to get a handle on an anticipated budget and duration is by asking potential designers for this information upfront. Don’t be afraid to reach out to more than one to get a realistic picture of what to expect.
Communication is key
Above all, good communication is the key to ensuring your project comes to fruition the way you’ve hoped. Sometimes, newer clients are hesitant to make their true opinions known because they feel they’re less knowledgeable than the designer, but at the end of the day, they’re the ones who need to be happy with the end result.
Good designers prefer decisive clients.
In ARCON DESIGN we created an easy platform to guide our new clients in the process and help them connect with the design team in order to achieve high aesthetic results and expectations.
Billing isn’t standard
Billing is another feature that varies among interior designers. Since most own their own businesses, they are free to set their own fee structures. However, it typically works in one of two ways. Either the designer charges an hourly fee — with or without the cost of materials built-in — or charges you the retail price for merchandise and takes the upcharge as the fee. Both methods are considered typical. You just want to be sure you’re aware of how much you’re paying for services. Reputable designers will provide you with a thorough budget before they start making purchases, so seeing a cost breakdown shouldn’t be that difficult. If your designer seems resistant to the idea, you may want to look elsewhere.
DESIGN TIP: Simplicity is the ultimate form of Sophistication. Is about the capability of making fine distinctions when something is so precise that its relative analysis becomes a great challenge. Simplicity is a perfect realization of life. It is the achievement of something on which we work so hard.

Poetry was the way I channeled the hardest days and the most dreadful nights into something I could reflect on. There was so much torturing my mind, I needed a safe place to write it down and let it go. After journaling all my inner, deepest and unacceptable truths of myself, it was suddenly easier to move on from it. I feel like a lot of us choose to ignore things that challenge us, make us sad or feel something unwanted. But the reality of it all is that with ignorance there never comes acceptance; therefore, your mind will keep circling around the same thing you wanted to forget. If it wasn't for my best friends, I would have never recognized that running eventually gets so tiring that you end up drowning when you stop. They were the ones who also taught me that you shouldn't stop loving so deeply just because love isn't all you were given. Instead of running, learn! Instead of ignoring, accept!
Instead of hating, forgive! Instead of fear, choose hope! That's what this unexpected path showed me. And once I let go of all those negative, triggering, miserable feelings and thoughts, I was clear of what I needed and wanted from that day on. So, then, I found it!
This book is still hard for me to share, as there's parts of me I never even wanted to let others see. But after a while of talking about these difficult times and topics, I realized we're kind of all similar and maybe more people than I know of will find this book helpful, relatable and empowering. Cause there's indeed light at the end of every tunnel. We just must keep going till we reach it.
