Itmightbethoughtthatthedebt problemisamatterbeyondthescope oftheN.C.R.M.Wereitanindividualmatter,itwouldindeedbeso,but thefactthatto-dayithasbecomea problem,nationalinextent,affecting allbutaveryfewofthefarmersof Australia,jeopardisingthepermanency ofagricultureandplacinginimminent perilthewholestabilityofrurallife.
