ThewindowsaresteelcasementsglazedwithCathedralleadlights.The interiorofthewallsisfinishedina bufftint,andlinedouttorepresent masonry,whilethequoins,corbels, andotherarchitecturalfeaturesare finishedinwhite,thecontrastgivingaverypleasingeffect.
Thearchitectforthebuildingwas Mr.R.J.Dennehy,ofBarrack-street, andtheworkwascarriedtocornPletionbyMr.JosephHart,ofEast Perth,whogaveentiresatisfaction toallconcerned.
