Anaccidentfollowedbyfatalresultstookplaceontherailwayline nearcottesloestationearlyonTuesOa..morning. Amanofaboutthirtyyearsofagewasseenbysome workmenafewminutesbeforeS o'clockonthelineoppcsitethe CottesloeElectriclightworks.It appearsthathewaswatching a trainapproachingfromtheCottesloesideanddidnotobservethe 7-30trainfromPerthcomingup,. Theworkmencalledouttowarnhim butvainly,andtheunfcrtonateman wasknockeddownandsustainedfatalinjuries.Thetrainwasstopped andhewasconveyedbyittheshort distancetoCutteslceStation,where hewasattendedbyDr.Humphrey. Death,however,occurredaboutten minuteslater.
