2025 European Pool And Spa Award Winners Announced
In this issue, we highlight all the winning entries from the 2025 EUSA Awards, which were presented in November during the Piscina Barcelona exhibition in Spain
T
he European Pool and Spa Awards, organised annually by the European Union of Swimming Pool and Spa Associations (EUSA), honour the most exceptional pools, spas and hot tubs within the Wet Leisure Industry. Each year, winners from across Europe compete for top recognition in this prestigious event. Following the 2025 awards’ ceremony, Europe’s most stunning swimming pool, spa, wellness and hot tub builds and installations have been revealed. This year marked the 13th edition of the prestigious awards, which culminated in an exciting ceremony on Wednesday 19 November 2025, at Piscina Barcelona, Spain – a fitting stage for Europe’s finest to shine. SPATA are delighted to announce that this year, three member companies stormed to victory, winning the following EUSA awards with trophies: • XL Pools, based in Kent, won a Bronze Award in the Domestic Spas category. • Alukov UK, based in Surrey, won a Bronze Award in the
Domestic Pools with an Enclosure category. • Exterior Experience Landscaping, based in Dubai, was awarded a Gold and a Silver Award in the Swimming Pools Outside Europe category. In the 2025 competition, dozens of pools, spas, wellness pools and hot tubs from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the UK participated. What makes the EUSA Awards truly unique is their elite selection process – only the ‘best of the best’ projects are considered. National associations typically nominate winners from their own pool, spa and hot tub competitions, ensuring that entries represent the highest standards in wet leisure. Earlier this year, SPATA and BISHTA proudly submitted shortlisted
entries from the winners of the relevant categories in the British Pool & Hot Tub Awards. EUSA President Pedro Arrebola Conde oversaw the 2025 Awards ceremony in Barcelona, as finalists from the eight association member countries – the UK, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey – gathered with anticipation at Piscina Barcelona. The 2025 EUSA Awards celebrated excellence across 11 standout categories, with bronze, silver and gold accolades awarded for: Domestic Outdoor Pools, Domestic Indoor Pools, Domestic Spas, Domestic Hot Tubs, Domestic Pools with an Enclosure, Domestic Pools with a Cover, Pools by Night, Renovation Projects, Pools in Touristic Establishments, Wellness Pools, and Swimming Pools Outside Europe.
