’m delighted to speak to you again by way of our company newsletter. Although the tough economic times are still not over there are many promising signs of a return to normality.
As you read through our newsletter you will see that we have been extremely busy with large orders and deliveries to both new and existing customers. Our core objective is customer satisfaction through the delivery of specialised high performing equipment. Customer focus for the last few years has been geared towards cost control and knowledge expenditure in relation to equipment, spare parts and downtime. Our customers have not only made an investment in the quality of the technology provided but also the high residual value it maintains and the very little down time that occurs. Our customers have made it clear over the
last two years that consistency and reliability in our product is the key to their success. Exporting to over twenty six countries enables our engineers to undertake intense market research in a variety of climates. International research through design and innovation keeps us at the forefront of our customers’ requirements. We have always worked hard on the design and build process which reflects in low down time and high productivity. On a final note I would like to thank all our customers, suppliers and employees for their dedication to date.
