A business hotel is a complex where the user travels, lodges, holds meetings and work- related programs for business the agenda for which one comes to a business hotel is very specific, and so is the environment. In the post pandemic situation different concepts have been incorporated in a business hotel while designing spaces.

The site is in Indiranagar area of Nashik adjacent to the highway which provides easy access to users from different cities. The initial process begins with segregation of spaces in to public, service zones incorporated with a courtyard in the centre.

The business hotel I s developed with the concept of spaces looking inwards into a courtyard. The public zone like the banquet hall, pre function lobby have been incorporated in the lower floors overlooking into the courtyard. The double height spaces create atrium which become part of the corporate zones like the meeting rooms and the conference areas. Each floor has a pantry or a satellite kitchen depending on the function it serves. The private zone consisting of the guest rooms extends up to 8 floors which has corridors overlooking into the courtyard and rooms having a view on the southwest side.
