House is a domain intimate to all of us. Through this proposal the relationship of house is explored at the level of physical comfort emotional well-being and spiritual connect. A residence in Puducherry is proposed for a classmate who is relocating to one of the tourists places and his family demands a suitable dwelling. Since it is a known tourist place with a lot of visitors from all around, therefore the proposal also includes spaces of Homestay.

Massing Process

The site is located in Puducherry, adjacent to beach road. The Arabian sea lies on the Eastern side of the site. The site is in proximity with various tourist places like Kargil War Memorial and Ashram Play ground. It has thick Vegetation on the northern side. The design mainly aims at providing an ease of circulation for the public, Semiprivate and private areas,

The main form of the residence is derived through explorations of levels in sections with the help of sectional models. Providing spaces at different levels creates interactive spaces in the residence.
