MESSAGE FROM COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND INDIGENOUS PARTICIPATION ADVISOR I am pleased to introduce our 2021 Innovate RAP Progress Report which details how we have tracked with our commitments in the last year. Over the past 12 months, Sandvik have developed multiple initiatives, sponsorships and relationships with First Nation’s people and organisations. This has positively impacted our company’s knowledge, skills and cultural understanding of First Nation Australians throughout our global organisation. This is clear through Sandvik staff wearing their RAP polo’s proudly all over the world, self-enrolling in cultural awareness courses and participating in First Nation’s events. It fills me with pride to work for an organisation who is genuinely committed to reconciliation and is willing to listen, learn and grow on this journey. We are proud of the progress we are making in all aspects of our RAP and look for ward to continuing to deliver on our commitments.
