2012 Yearly Pass for Chicago Metro Section Workshops Description: The APA-IL Chicago Metro Section is pleased to offer the first-ever yearly pass to serve your educational/networking needs. A yearly pass allows entrance to all CMS workshops during the year at a lower cost per event. Attendees will save up to 33% for a series of workshops. Cost: $80.00/year Criteria: • Individuals and members of organizations not covered by passes are still encouraged to attend and pay the cost at each event. • All those planning on attending an event, including those that have purchased a pass, are encouraged to pre-register. • Passes are track by CMS officers with nothing to be turned in by the attendee at an event. • Passes may be purchased by an individual or organization. If a pass is purchased by an organization each pass allows one person to attend each event. • An individual may allow someone to attend a workshop in their place but they must let a CMS officer know in advance of the event. Email to: cms@ilapa.org • Multiple passes may be purchased by the same organization. • If an organization will have several attendees at an event, greater than the number of passes, the first person from the organization attending will be covered unless the organization has made arrangements with a CMS officer for another attendee. • Passes are purchased for the calendar year, January 1st – December 31st. Passes can be purchased during the year for the remaining events that year but the cost is not prorated. • There are no refunds unless the CMS Board determines extenuating circumstances. • The program is based on eight sessions. If a session is cancelled then at the CMS Board’s discretion the Section may consider an additional person from the organization attending an event or refunding the prorated cost. Should the last event of the year be cancelled then the cost of that event ($10.00) would be refunded. Payment: Checks should be payable to the APA-IL CMS.
