El proyecto responde a la articulación a escala peatonal y espacial de la avenida al borde costero, las vistas hacia el puerto y los cerros. Busca reconocer los tres órdenes de la ciudad: mar, cerros y plan, orientando vistas y generando espacios que a través de su uso se apropien del entorno. The project responds to the articulation of the avenue to the coastal border, the views of the harbor and the hills, at a pedestrian and spatial scale. It seeks to recognize the three orders of the city: sea, hills and coastal plain, directing views and creating spaces that incorporate their surroundings through their use.
