The main axis of our study area is Poseidon Avenue. In our quest to move the city towards the sea, we have come to the conclusion that we want to break the strict axis by creating a third pole square towards the water. We defined four basic uses, private space (residences), social space (amphitheater, library, sports facilities, etc.) open, and green-natural public space. The way we distributed the activities followed the logic of the interaction of the uses and the development of relationships that we examined. We examined the "intermediate" as a means of restoration-purification-transition from one phase to another. The intermediate is the way the upper zone is connected to the lower zone, the private to the public. Our intervention proposal is introduced to the world through a large outdoor area, a new square that contributes to the development of the district's greenery, with simultaneous landscaping and widening of existing sidewalks.
