Ο Ricardo Blanco ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του στο animation στο Animanostra Animation Studio (Λισαβόνα, Πορτογαλία) το 1997, μετά από μακρά πορεία στα κόμικ και την εικονογράφηση. Κατά τη διάρκεια της καριέρας του έχει εργαστεί ως llustrator στην εικονογράφηση σεναρίου, layout και background, και σκηνοθέτης τηλεοπτικής σειράς animation σε στούντιο όπως τα Animanostra, Magic Toons, Sardinha em Lata και GameInvest.To 2010 μετακόμισε στο Vila Nova de Gaia για να εργαστεί για την Bigmoon Entertainment Studios στην εικονογράφηση, τον σχεδιασμό user interface, την εικονογράφηση σεναρίου, την concept εικονογράφηση και ως 2D Lead Artist σε animations και video games. Σήμερα είναι μέλος του τμήματος προγραμματισμού και της οργανωτικής επιτροπής του CINANIMA – Esponho International Animation Festival. Επίσης είναι μέλος της κριτικής επιτροπής του ICA (Πορτογαλικό Κινηματογραφικό και Οπτικοακουστικό Ινστιτούτο) από το 2014.

After working in comics and illustration, Ricardo Blanco started his animation career in 1997 in Animanostra Animation Studio (Lisboa, Portugal). Since then he worked in several productions as an animator, storyboard artist, lay-out Artist, background artist and as ananimated TV Series Director in studios like Animanostra, Magic Toons, Sardinha em Lata and GameInvest. In 2010 he moved to Vila Nova de Gaia to work for the company Bigmoon Entertainment Studios, as an llustrator, UI designer, storyboard artist, concept artist and 2D Lead Artist in animation series and specially in video games. He is currently part of the programming department and member of the organizing committee of CINANIMA - Espinho International Animation Festival. Since 2014 he is part the jury panel of ICA (Portuguese Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual).
Η Carolina Sandvik γεννήθηκε το 1988 στην Άβεστα της Σουηδίας. Εχει μεταπτυχιακό Καλών Τεχνών από την Ακαδημία Καλών Τεχνών του Μάλμε, όπου διαμένει και δημιουργεί. Καλλιτέχνης και δημιουργός ταινιών, με εξειδίκευση στο stop-motion animation, προτάθηκε για το Βραβείο Καλύτερης Σουηδικής Ταινίας Μικρού Μήκους στο Φεστιβάλ Ταινιών του Γκέτενμποργκ του 2018 για την μικρού μήκους ταινίας της «Dreams from the ocean», η οποία επελέγη και για το Sitges Fantastic Film Festival (2018). Carolina Sandvik, born 1988 in Avesta, Sweden, is an artist and film maker, working mainly with stop motion animation. She is currently based in Malmö and holds a Master Degree in Fine Arts from Malmö Art Academy. Her stop motion short Dreams from the ocean was nominated for Best Swedish Short at Gothenburg Film Festival (2018) and part of the official selection at Sitges Fantastic Film Festival (2018).
