Support and accompany the projects created by the coordination 4.Be aware of the EP`s needs and doubts during the legal process 5.Have a current list of the contracts that have been send to the national office in order to make a good tracking. TRAINE SERVICE MANAGER (2) 1. Create and implement the structure for trainee’s reception (welcome and farewell) • Airport reception • Welcome package • City Tour • EPS • Take the Trainee to their host • Teach them how to use the MIO • Welcome party/ activity • Farewell party/activity 2. Coordinate the legal processes for the TN taker flow 3.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CORDINATOR (1) 1.Accompany the design of the local goals and theirs indicators in term of financial procedures. 2.Create strategies to increase the conscience of the budget use inside the areas. 3.Coordinate the management of the budget. 4.Coordinate the creation of reports to show the use that the areas make with the budget. 5.Create new strategies to coordinate the better use of the reserves and cash flow management for increase the smart investments. FINANCIAL CONTROL MANAGEMENT (2) 1.Make the planning to realize a regularly tracking in the budget and finance issues inside the areas. 2.Realize the tracking planning. 3.Report the results of the auditory process. 4.Coordinate the realization of the legal assemblies inside the LC. 5.Accompany the projects created by the coordinator. 6.Create new strategies to continue with the change in the financial cultural and the reward and recognition plan of the members in the LC, inside the areas and their lives. 7.Search GCP at the national and international level that can be adapt in our reality. 8.Management and support of the Local Auditor Group – GAL 9.Review and update the local compendium. 10.Accompany the projects created by the coordinator. 11.Execute and track the savings plan 12.Present a monthly newsletter with information related to financial culture 13.Create strategies to increase the knowledge of the finance, accounting and legal management in the areas ACCOUNITING MANAGER (1) 1. Make the accounts books according with the national standards (Daily book, major book, and others) 2.

Manage the financial tool.

EXTERNAL RELATIONS PROYECT : FAMILIAS GLOBALES

CORDINATOR(1)

1. Implement the campaign and projects at national level. 2. Create strategies to achieve the product development at the local level. 3. Coordinate the design and run of the investment portfolio for the strategic partners so that it complies with the brand and the philosophy of AIESEC at National and International level. 4. Coordinate the creation of the database of potential new allies and partners, and updating it regularly to LC. 5. Coordinate the report regularly to the allies that have been used as cattle and donated resources of each, and the position they have in the LC. 6. Plan and create fundraising activities focus in increase core results, and support the local budget in fix costs. 7. Tracking, review and proposal for Universities and Local important partners EXCHANGE RELATIONS MANAGER (1) 1.
