Bellona CLIENT Bellona TYPE PROJECT Self initiated project OUTCOMES Branding YEAR September 2011

THE BRIEF Bellona wanted a new, modern logo. They wanted it to be a logo that was recognizable and could be used in all areas. The idea was that the logo should stand out from other international organizations. One of their main areas is the ocean, and they wanted the logo to be inspired from this.

PROBLEMSTILLING Bellona ønsket seg en ny og moderne logo. De ville at det skulle være en logo som var lett gjenkjennelig og kunne brukes på alle områder. Ønsket var at logoen skulle skille seg ut fra andre internasjonale organisasjoner. En av deres hovedområder er havet, og de ville gjerne at logoen kunne være inspirert av dette.

SOLUTION The idea behind the logo is that it all goes around in a circle. How people treat the earth, will affect the environment. The main color of the profile is blue, and blue stands for truth and cleverness. The colour also fit the wishes from Bellona.
