A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHEF The simplest things in life give me the most pleasure: cooking a good meal, enjoying my friends. Food, to me, is always about cooking and eating with those you love and care for. Cooking is all about people. Food is maybe the only universal thing that really has the power to bring everyone together. The table is a meeting place, a gathering ground, the source of sustenance and nourishment, festivity, safety, and satisfaction. A person cooking is a person giving: Even the simplest food is a gift. If you are a chef, no matter how good a chef you are, it’s not good cooking for yourself; the joy is in cooking for others.

THE RESTAURANT The Restaurant is a perfect solution for a full night out; food and wines from the top selections, served in pleasant ambience with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The chef and his team prepare classical and innovative dishes from first class, locally sourced ingredients. The main space has two large dining areas and an intimate separated room. Our premises may be booked for private functions. The main room has a capacity for 15 guests at round tables. The Wine Cellar has a capacity for 25 guests. The Restaurant also has a separated room where 5-10 persons may enjoy a private dinner, with a view of the kitchen. If you wish to book one of the larger rooms, your group should be of 10 or more guests in order to ensure private dining space.


THE KITCHEN Cooking is one of the strongest ceremonies for life. When recipes are put together, the kitchen is a chemical laboratory involving air, fire, water and the earth. This is what gives value to humans and elevates their spiritual qualities. If you take a frozen box and stick it in the microwave, you become connected to the factory. The kitchen’s a laboratory, and everything that happens there has to do with science. It’s biology, chemistry, physics. Yes, there’s history. Yes, there’s artistry. Yes, to all of that. But what happened there, what actually happens to the food is all science.


THE WINE CELLAR We have a 3.000 + wine bottle collection in our wine cellar, for the pleasure of our clients. The cellar is temperature and humidity controlled to ensure our wines are stored and served in an ideal environment, at the correct temperature. The collection ranges from humble co-operative wines to the great wine labels of the world renowned for quality and depth of vintage. Our wine prices are fair, as we believe that good food deserves to be paired with good wine. Our wine list is one of the most award-winning lists for a good reason.


THE LOUNGE BAR Out hunting for a good meal, be it a quick lunch, friends to meet, or just to enjoy a glass of wine and a little something? A simple early dinner when you don’t feel like cooking at home, or a well prepared full evening out? An informal, comfortable and friendly eating place, vibrant yet pleasant. Find your seat at the bar or around the kitchen to watch the cooks prepare your meal, or choose an intimate table or a comfortable sofa. Choose from the rich menu or go for one of the day’s dishes off the blackboard. We also offer a selection of excellent wines & cocktails. We’ll be happy to recommend wines, juices according to your menu choices as well as your personal taste. Contact us for the Restaurant’s cocktail list if you wish an even more exclusive selection.


FOOD & DRINKS The dishes and menus are created according to the season and availability of ingredients of superior quality. The kitchen is prized for its ability to create innovative dishes, combining tradition and evolution. You may choose from an extensive wine list mainly sourced from wine producers in France, Italy, Germany and Spain. Our sommeliers would be pleased to help you combine wines according to your menu and personal preferences. Or select our set wine menu, where every glass is carefully chosen to compliment the dish it accompanies.


THE MENU The menu should be part of the entertainment, part of the dining experience. It’s kind of like reading the ‘Playbill’ when you go to the theater. It should be an alluring and interactive document. Does it have burn marks on it from the candle? If you ever get a greasy menu with food stains on it, it’s time to run like hell. We can make a commitment to promote vegetables and fruits and whole grains on every part of every menu. We can make portion sizes smaller and emphasize quality over quantity. The best meal at my restaurant is the whole right side of the menu.


Appetizers Sea in Autumn - 25$ Fresh cheese and smoked salmon wrapped with Italian caviar, cod brandade, sardine in Saor sauce, warm cuttle fish eggs and potato soup.

Chickpeas Panella - 18$ With candied cherry tomato and aubergine caviar.

Cous Cous - 20$ With hummus, red prawns and spicy shellfish oil.

Tomato, Mushrooms and Buffalo Mozzarella timbale - 18$ With basil and zucchini froth.

Italian Beef Carpaccio - 18$ Marinated with Indian spices, wild berries and mushrooms.

Local salami selection - 19$ With warm polenta, seasonal chutney with estragon and steamed vegetables.


Salads & Soups Grilled Chicken Salad - 15$ Sliced, grilled chicken tops a fresh salad mix, peas, grated Parmesan, bacon, and those famous croutons. Served with tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots.

Martina Chicken Salad - 12$ Salad mix, fried chicken tenders, peas, cheddar cheese, bacon, croutons, and almond slivers. Served with tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots.

Grilled Salmon Salad - 13$ Grilled salmon filet on a bed of fresh greens, and our famous croutons. Served with tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese crumbles, and onions.

Deeprock Soup - 15$ Enjoy a bowl of chicken noodle, chicken tortilla, or broccoli & cheese.

Chicken Tacos Salad - 16$ Spicy chicken with feta and Swiss cheese, grilled peppers, and onions. Served with our chile-lime sauce.


Main Courses Grilled Salmon - 18$ Flavorful and flaky salmon that is lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection; with fresh, grilled zucchini and roasted spaghetti squash

Seafood Plate - 15$ Mild and flaky tilapia that is creole-seasoned then topped with sautéed shrimp and Parmesan cream.

Jumbo Skewered Shrimp - 16$ Jumbo shrimp griddled and brushed with seasoned scampi butter.

Shellfish Trio - 12$

Desserts Creme Brulè - 7$

A premium, jumbo lump crab cake, tender broiled lobster tail, and grilled jumbo shrimp brushed with garlic scampi butter.

CATERING We’ll happily serve hot and/or cold food at your reception, party, office party, surprise party or any big or small occasions. We also supply cooks and waiters; we offer both complete menus and tapas options. Get in touch with us for the season’s menu, we’ll discuss your preferences and present the possibilities. You may alter the number of guests until 12 AM on the day of the event, after that we will charge the full menu price for all the guests in your original reservation. When we have a booking for a large table, we turn other customers away so a late cancellation means that we risk ending up not selling the actual table(s), which again incurs a significant loss for us. Cancellations of groups over 10 or more guests should be made between 7 – 14 days in advance of the event, or it would be subjected to a cancellation charge of 200$ (unless, of course, we manage to replace your party with another). Cancellations later than 7 days in advance will be charged the agreed package menu amount. Cancelations of groups will be charged of 200$ (if cancelled less than 14 days before the arrangement).
