SEQUENTIAL EXPERIENCE
THE ENFER
The goal was to disrupt Syracuse’s landscape with a space for banned books. It is centered on transparency, framing human interaction with banned literature. It features towering volumes that make users feel small amid the vast array of texts. Like the censorship of voices in literature, the design controls access and circulation to convey the institution’s sociopolitical weight.

LEARNING HOW TO LEARN ABOUT ARCHITECTURE
The purpose of this exercise was to be exposed to issues and processes of conceptually analyzing architecture and its contexts. In my case, I studied the sections of a complex building as each have distinct charactersistics.

THE INANIMATE ANIMATE
Through this exercise I was able to understand the architectural language of representation of 3D space through orthographic and experiment with means and methods of capturing a cap animation and change through 2D drawing techniques.

MAPPING SPACE
In this project, I learned to understand and think through systems of logic and organization, spatial hierarchy and develop conceptual and technical skills of spatial mapping and simultaneously thinking about objects/ space in both 2D and 3D.

Final Model
Baswood sticks, and color paper

FIT AND TRANSLATION
In this exercise, I observed my body’s motion on stairs, noting the lines formed by my limbs, the abstract arcs, and the push-pull dynamics. These construction lines yield rules and patterns, shaping stair designs with an emphasis on the fluid user’s movement and space.

JAMES BAY DEVELOPMENT
James Bay Development is a forthcoming six-story residential building designed to accommodate families. Nestled in the charming neighborhood of James Bay in Victoria, Canada, this project is set to transform the local landscape in the coming years.

DUNES
JThe Badain Jaran Desert is a surreal sea of sand dunes. This project was a study of the movement, patterns, and erosion of the dunes.
Change Over Time Drawing
Pattern in Types of Dunes
The project focused on studying the internal movement sequence of a site—research of an item, in my case, rocks, and a way for them to be exhibited. After finalizing the analysis, I developed a spatial pavilion design that focused on the users’ experience and applied conscious materials to enhance the object.
