01 Collective housing Enso project

Santa Clara de San Millán, Quito, Ecuador. University / fifth semester

Software:

Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, Twinmotion

The collective housing project was developed in an area with intense commercial activity during the day but desolate and unsafe at night. To address this duality of uses, a commercial and office zone was integrated on the ground floors, while maintaining the current zoning, alongside residential spaces designed to provide habitation during off-peak hours. The decision was made to respect the height of adjacent buildings, allowing for a visual and functional pause that hosts communal areas at its center.

02 Complementary Health Equipment

Av. 6 de Diciembre y Patria, Quito, Ecuador. University / eighth semester

Software:

Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator

The building serves as an envelope for the Eugenio Espejo Hospital, seamlessly aligning with its surrounding axes. Two towers are erected on either side to provide a hierarchy and delineate the beginning and end of the project. The quest for continuous and fluid spatiality is evident, with staircases playing a pivotal role as they occupy a central position within the building, creating a void that fosters connection with its surroundings.

Gastronomic center

Pomasqui, Quito, Ecuador.

University / Thesis qualification work

Software:

Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Twinmotion

A Gastronomic Center is proposed between the foundational plaza and the green pedestrian walkway, creating a connection between both spaces. Directly adjacent to the project is the “El Señor del Árbol” church, ensuring the project provides an optimal space that respects the patrimonial and historical value of the site. Additionally, the parish is known for its traditional cuisine, so the center will encourage local users to enhance and showcase their culinary skills.
