Congratulations graduating Mechanical Engineering Class of Spring 2021. This goes for all of those receiving their bachelor’s of science degrees, master’s of science degrees and doctoral degrees in Mechanical Engineering this semester. I and the faculty of the department sincerely applaud your achievements in graduating with these degrees this semester and we don’t believe that it is hyperbolic in any way to recognize the unique situation that you are graduating under.
I and the faculty and staff from the department really wish you all the best in your future rise of your careers and really looking forward to seeing that path that you choose to follow and that path to the higher destinies. So, congratulations graduates of Spring 2021.

MESSAGES FROM OUR GRADUATES
KAZI MD MASUM BILLAH | Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering I am privileged to pursue my Ph.D. degree at UTEP Mechanical Engineering Program. I am grateful for all the opportunities created by the mentors and faculties at UTEP, NIST, and ORNL. I am thankful to my parents, wife, and son for their unwavering support of this journey. Now, it’s a payback time and I am looking forward to doing so.
NANTHAKISHORE MAKESWARAN | Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering My path to my Ph.D. was not always easy, but I have been excessively fortunate to have the unfailing support of my family, guidance of my advisor, and the camaraderie of my fellow students at UTEP. With their support, my journey has been made, not just possible, but also worthwhile and fulfilling.
JONATHAN VALENZUELA BROK | Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering I want to thank my family for all their support and love throughout this journey. I would also like to thank cSETR and its staff for giving me the tools necessary to succeeded during my years at UTEP and beyond.
VISHAL BHIMRAO ZADE | Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering Ph.D. is a journey which demands personal sacrifices and support from all quadrants of your personal life. I have been fortunate enough to make a few sacrifices and receive plenty of support from my friends, family, and wonderful people at UTEP. Without their support, this journey would have been extremely difficult. Thank you all for your kindness and generosity.
