The Riverside is a residential and commercial project, it is located in the most attractive node of the new Masterplan: St.Philip Marsh, involving the riverside park and neighbouring upon the boulevard proposedinthemasterplan.
All apartments are facing south to acquire as much sunlight.
The slope faces the courtyard to irrigate the vegetation.
The complex includes apartments for 2, 3 and 4 people.
