MOOC Camps Massive Open Online Courses are free online open courses offered by U.S. universities. MOOC camps combine online course content, thought-provoking case studies and discussions that challenge participants to learn from both the online course and in-person meetups and be able to translate learning to the community.
Virtual Programs AmSpacesPH hosts interactive webinars/ USG alumni speaker programs to reach more and diverse audiences, covering topics including the environment, civic engagement, education, entrepreneurship, peace & security, and English language. It reaches a wide array of audiences including Filpino students, leadders, educators and professionals.
STEAM & Makerspace AmSpacesPH conduct makerspace and Science, Technology, Engineering , Arts, and Mathematics programs that focus on teaching the 21st century skills like 3D rendering and printing, robotics, coding, design thinking, and fabrication. By learning these skills, participants would be able to apply them in developing solutions to various community problems that may also open possible oppotunities for entrepreneurial endeavors and programs.STEAM and Makerspace programs also feature the next big technology in the field of science, technology. STEAM programs are designed as serial programs, delivered in multiple platforms to custom-fit learner needs.
U.S. Embassy Talks (Mission Speaker Program) U.S. Embassy talks aims to promote and build understanding on topics that are important to the U.S. and the Philippines. This series introduces a wide range of conversations to diverse audiences. It features speakers from the U.S. Embassy and experts from the U.S.
The 15 American Spaces in the Philippines are public programming spaces that support the five core programs: (1) English language teaching and learning, (2) Educational Advising, (3) Engagement with Alumni, (4) Community engagement programs, and (5) Information about the U.S.
