Value proposition Canvas Section
The objective of our interviews was to gain a more understanding of our target customer to design a better product. We started the 10 interviews with basically these 5 main questions, and try to add a follow up question in each. We tried not to tell them about the business idea, but to ask these open-ended questions lead us to the answers categorized in the customers’ pains, gains, jobs. Here are the questions and sample answerers, and like the rest been categorized in the customer profile in the next page.
1. Tell me a story about the last time you were late to a class?

I have a class that starts at 9:00 Am . And it’s my first class at that day .. I usually set an alarm at 8:30 . However , at that day the alarm didn’t work. When I woke up at 8:55 I found out that my phone died . after that I ran to the class as fast as I could .
2. What was the most thing hard(frustrating) about that?
I had to struggle with being out of breath for the whole duration of the class.
3. Why was that hard?
I couldn’t pay attention to what was being said in the class
4. So how do you solve it? maybe i solve it by buying a bicycle.
5. Why is that solution is not awesome? the bicycle cost too much.
