by Morgan Baker, At Large Director Hi! My name is Morgan Baker I’m from Stephenville, Texas, and I will be serving as an At-Large Director over the next couple years. I cannot wait to see all the opportunities it opens up and watch the organization grow. I decided to run for office because I am very passionate about the cattle industry and fell in love with the family feeling that the Chianina Association gives. I can’t wait to travel to shows and get to work alongside some great individuals in and out of the show ring. I am excited to serve the juniors in the organization and continue to serve them as I age out of the junior aspect of the organization and grow my leadership skills through this opportunity. Getting the opportunity to serve on the Junior Board and serve within the industry that I love is an amazing opportunity and I can’t wait for the next couple years. See you down the road!

Howdy Folks…
by Maddie Smith, At Large Director I’m Maddie Smith from Athens, Texas. I am so happy to be serving as one of your at large directors! I ran for the board because I wanted to get more involved and meet new people. Being on the board is a dream come true and so exciting for me! I’m so excited for this amazing opportunity. I hope the experience on the board grows my knowledge of Chianina cattle genetics and how to raise high quality cattle. In this upcoming year I hope to get closer with juniors and the breeders of top quality Chianina cattle. With experience on the board, I hope it will further my future in raising cattle and help better myself in the industry. I look forward to this upcoming year and hope to see y’all at upcoming shows!
