n 1987, Dr. Mark Olbina opened Amelia Gentle Dentistry.

In 2013, he was joined by his daughter, Dr. Jackie Miller. In 2016, Dr. Paul Miller (Jackie’s husband) joined the practice, and two years later, Dr. Jessica Loumeau, a close friend and colleague, joined the team. “I was born and raised here in Fernandina Beach. My parents moved to the island in 1984 as my dad was a Navy dentist at the submarine base in King’s Bay, Georgia” says Dr. Jackie. “I love the great people here and the small-town feel of Amelia Island.”
