You know what it’s like to look through the ingredient lists at the grocery store. Start getting into the habit of doing this everywhere. Whether you’re buying a new outfit, a new mattress, skincare products or cosmetics, cleaning or laundry products, or new floors, paint or furniture for your home, you can start taking a deeper look at what’s inside. You might be surprised at what you find. You’ll likely come across a bunch of words and terms you’ve never heard before. You’ll likely also find, unfortunately, that many household products don’t even disclose what’s in them. We’ll get through this and more next time.
