Fresh from the West End, in its first UK tour, is the multiple awardwinning musical Legally Blonde.

Two musicals inspired by classic films also hit the stage: the West End hit Sister Act, and Top Hat, starring Tom Chambers and Summer Strallen. To round off the year the smash hit We Will Rock You is back by popular demand.

BABES IN ARMS POLICY The Edinburgh Playhouse is a child and family friendly venue.

However for the comfort of our patrons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted in the theatre unless the show is specifically for pre-school children. At pre-school children’s shows, infants under 2 do not need a ticket as they cannot occupy a seat and are the responsibility of their parent / guardian. Children over the age of 2 must have a valid theatre ticket. To find out about all our facilities for parents with children, or if you have a special request, please call 0131 524 3333.
