Health & Safety Overnight Visitors Despite repeated requests we are still not being made aware when you have somebody staying with you, Please note that this is a requirement within Fire Regulations
Wheelie Bins Please refrain from using the big wheelie bin outside the kitchen at the side of the building. This bin is for commercial kitchen waste only and not household waste. Please use the bins provided within the bin store located at the front of the building.
Wash & Dry Tokens If you wish to buy tokens for the laundry machines. Please collect them during shop opening hours 11.00am—12.00am Monday to Friday.
Pull Cords During visits to apartments it has been noted that some of the pull cords have been tied up. Please refrain from this as should you have a fall the cords will be out of reach.
Bill Paying Just a reminder that bill payments at the office are on Tuesday & Thursday Afternoons between 1.30pm & 3.30pm. If a family member pays on your behalf and is unable to come to the office within these hours, please let us know and we can make alternative arrangements.
