• Open space is in the center so that it can easily accessible by everyone
Creating an axis, then the built form is positioned in the site symmetrically. Separated educational and non- educational block by creating central access. Separated blocks according to usage. Courtyard created inside each block. Height variation, different floor height for easy identification of block.

This project is a proposed interstate state and intercity bus terminal with accommodation facility. It will become a precious commodity which will satisfy all the needs of the commuter. It will be design considering puducherry’s future development. It will give puducherry a missing landmark. Bus terminal is located on existing bus stand site in puducherry. Unfortunately current structure of the bus terminal has been highly neglected up till so far in terms of social focal point or the architectural features. The site, design and planning is done in keeping local planning and future growth in mind. The new bus terminal will be a smart integrated bus terminus. The new bus terminus will be “the gateway of the city”.
