Coaching Calendar 2011 - 2012 Good Afternoon, Welcome to the NHS North West Leadership Academy Events Programme for 2011 to 2012.
Following on from developing as a coach funded by the National Leadership Council Emerging Leaders we would like to offer you continuing professional development as a coach. Guide to Coaching levels: Refresher Level Newly trained Coaches who need some confidence to get started and those who have minimal experience as yet. Level One Newly trained Coaches and those with up to around 40 hours Coaching experience wishing to consolidate experience and become a confident coach.

Level Two Coaches who have between 40 and 100 hours practice and are January: confident in their basic Coaching but wish to develop additional Building Resilience & Motivation Level 3 tools and models that will enhance 10th January 2012 9am until 5pm their Coaching offer. Park Hall Hotel, Chorley Level Three Introduction to Gestalt Approach to Experienced Coaches with more than 100 hours of Coaching, who Coaching Level 3 18th January 2012 9am until 5pm are confident in various settings The Place Apartments, Manchester and with a range of models but wish to stretch themselves in their February: Coaching practice.
