We are pleased to present the second edition of the Alys Insider, our digital publication presenting the latest Alys Beach sales information, and current happenings around town.

We enjoyed seeing so many owners in attendance for the May Developer Update weekend including the Friday evening gathering at The Beach Club, the Developer Update Meeting, and the Derby Party. This was a significant update in the life of the town and everyone’s presence and participation was greatly appreciated.

The recent 18th Annual Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach festival and exhibition was a tremendous success. Each year brings a newly dynamic experience with layers of engagement added in continually. Digital Graffiti serves as a great asset to our community, generating memorable experiences for our residents and guests year after year.

In our first edition of the Alys Insider, we shared a recap of our sales results for 2024 with 78 properties closed, delivering a sales volume of $358,509,000. This trend continued through the second quarter of 2025 with 45 sales for $229,433,500. We continue to see the persistent trend of buyers purchasing real estate in Alys Beach thoughtfully, with reallocation of their capital into an asset that they and their families can use to create special memories together and forge a generational legacy ownership opportunity versus a speculative purchase.

At Alys Beach, the spirit of family is central to who we are—and that includes our beloved dogs. For over 10 years, anyone stepping through the doors of our Sales Center would likely have been welcomed by the warm, gentle presence of Allie, our cherished sales dog and beloved companion of Sales Agent Robbie Roberts. Allie had a gift for making each day brighter, each guest visit decidedly more friendly. Though she is no longer with us, her memory lives on—now beautifully honored in a portrait that hangs above her favorite sunlit spot in the office. It serves as a daily reminder of her kindness, her calm spirit, and the heartfelt welcome she offered to all.

Today, while we continue to hold Allie in our hearts, we’re also celebrating a new chapter. Please join us in welcoming River, the newest member of our Sales Center family. With her sweet nature and friendly spirit, River is already making meaningful connections and carrying forward the legacy of love that began with Allie. We’re so glad she’s here. Of three distinct yet cohesive spaces within the studio – reception, conference room, and material library –Glass speaks to the impact of the sightline

from the oversized sliding doors of the conference room “to reveal the color-drenched material library of tinted Venetian plaster, rows of hanging textiles, worktables with dimmable task lighting, rolling library ladders…a space that functions as a haven of design.” With this newly renovated Design Studio, Interior Designers Emenheiser and Glass look forward to exploring customized spaces with clients, creating personalized interiors reflective of their dreams and goals for their Alys Beach homes.
