This summer at Alys Beach was full of celebration and connection.

Our July 4th festivities brought the community together for a day of fun, tradition, and fireworks. From the Donut Eating Contest to the evening concert and dazzling display over the Gulf, it was a joyful reminder of the spirit that defines our town.

With the fall season upon us, we will celebrate the inaugural Cars of 30A at Alys Beach, launching with the elite Hangar Party. This exclusive automotive showcase will feature over 200 rare and high-performance vehicles, set against the town’s iconic architecture.

To provide you with an update on real estate sales in Alys Beach, as of 9/30/2025, our sales team has recorded 50 sales, totaling $271,355,000 in sales volume that will close in CY2025. Alys Beach Town Architects Marieanne Khoury-Vogt and Erik Vogt Named 2026 Seaside Prize ™ Recipients

Alys Beach is exceedingly proud to announce that Alys Beach Town Architects Marieanne Khoury-Vogt and Erik Vogt have been selected as the recipients of the 2026 Seaside Prize™, awarded annually by The Seaside Institute™. The Prize recognizes individuals whose work has made significant contributions to the fields of architecture, urban planning, and community development.

Marieanne and Erik will be honored during the Seaside Prize™ weekend, February 6–8, 2026, beginning here in Alys Beach with an architectural town tour and welcome reception, and continuing through Saturday with events and symposia dedicated to themes of resiliency, sustainability, and legacy. The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at The Chapel at Seaside, with Seaside founders Robert and Daryl Davis presenting the honor.

Founders of Khoury Vogt Architects (KVA), the pair established their practice in 2001 and have since shaped the architectural and urban character of Alys Beach. Their work reflects a deep respect for classical traditions while embracing innovation, balancing vernacular influences with a refined modern sensibility. Their designs, ranging from intimate courtyards to civic landmarks, are recognized for their elegance, livability, and enduring impact on placemaking.

Widely celebrated in their field, the duo received the Arthur Ross Award from the ICAA (The Institute of Classical Architecture and Art) in 2023. In 2024, Marieanne Khoury-Vogt was recognized by the Urban Guild with the Barranco Award for her work as an Alys Beach Town Architect. Marieanne and Erik, along with KVA, continue to receive awards, accolades, and the recognition of prestigious publications as their architectural contributions continue to garner attention worldwide.
