INTRODUCTION TO THIS REPORT

At Altair Global, building a legacy of sustainable culture is not just a priority—it’s part of who we are. What began as an awareness of our impact has grown into a mission to actively shape positive change. The more we understood our responsibility in the world, the more intentional we became about the ways we influence it.

Through our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, we’ve transformed how we work by embedding ESG considerations into every strategic initiative across the organization.

Our program is built on five key goals:

Educate, raise awareness, and inspire action

Engage in and give back to our local communities

Reduce or eliminate environmental impacts

Safeguard the information entrusted to us

Adhere to all applicable rules and regulations

In the spirit of transparency, this report shares our progress toward these goals—covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, unless otherwise noted—and outlines the objectives that will guide our next steps.

We recognize the growing need for collective action. In the global mobility industry and beyond, we aim not only to do our part but to inspire our team members, supplier partners, and clients to join us in building a more sustainable, inclusive future.

LETTER FROM LEADERSHIP

We are proud to share our latest Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report—an overview of how Altair Global continues to integrate sustainability, inclusivity, and ethical governance into everything we do. Our commitment spans reducing our environmental footprint, fostering diverse and connected communities, and safeguarding both our own data and the sensitive information entrusted to us by clients.

We were putting ESG principles into action long before they had a name, driven by our belief in doing what’s right for people and the planet. Over the years, we’ve evolved our operations to reflect our values - incorporating renewable energy sources and implementing energyefficient practices across our offices.

We believe ESG progress is powered by people. Through Altair Cares and our Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs), our team members help shape the local initiatives and organizations we support. This culture has earned us recognition for our ethical business practices and as an employer of choice.

In 2024, we are thrilled to share that we saw upward momentum with our Climate Impact and Climate Positive programs with supplier partners, hit record team member volunteer hours, and submitted our first governance reports to Sphera and IntegrityNext, among other achievements.

Looking ahead to 2025, we will expand our key performance indicators (KPIs) to track impact more precisely. Enhanced metrics and reporting dashboards will give us deeper insights at the individual, local, regional, and organizational levels, enabling us to identify opportunities for even greater impact.

We will continue working alongside our corporate clients to navigate evolving legislation and compliance, equip relocating employees with practical sustainability resources, and partner with supplier partners to explore innovative, eco-friendly service solutions. Raising awareness of what we can achieve together remains at the heart of our mission.

We extend our sincere thanks to our team members, clients, and supplier partners for their commitment, collaboration, and passion. Your contributions have driven our progress, and together we’ll keep seeing sustainable mobility on the horizon.

SUPPORTING THE UNITED NATIONS

GLOBAL COMPACT SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set forth by the United Nations are a shared blueprint for a better, more sustainable future. They call on all nations and organizations to work in partnership to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all.

Achieving these goals means addressing interconnected challenges: improving health and education, reducing inequality, driving economic growth, tackling climate change, and safeguarding our oceans and forests. At Altair, we have identified nine priority SDGs where our work can have the greatest impact.

Since 2016, we have partnered with Move For Hunger, a national nonprofit organization, to dedicate our efforts toward reducing food waste and fighting hunger.

We support team members through various events to further develop positive health and wellbeing that impacts all facets of our lives.

Through the development of our ethics, labor, and human rights policies and processes, we show our commitment to the fair treatment of our team members worldwide.

Altair has reported on ESG activities since 2013.

We support inclusion and diversity through ongoing training, creating a respectful workplace using the Platinum Rule, and through the work of our Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs).

We act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and will swiftly, decisively, and resolutely enforce guidelines to ensure no illegal or immoral acts occur anywhere in our own business or supply chain at any tier.

We are committed to fostering an environment that brings out the full potential in each of us, through our TMRG, POWER (Promoting Opportunities for Women to Excel and Rise).

Volunteerism plays a significant role in our culture, embodying our commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.

We want to do our part and inspire our team members, client partners, and supplier partners to be aware of what we can do together to make the world a better place by supporting the UNGC SDGs.

ENVIRONMENTAL

GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS

Altair Global is committed to expanding environmentally sustainable programs with our supplier partners and investing in green technologies to help reduce our impact.

Using 2019 as our baseline year, we began formally tracking greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in 2022. For Scope 2 emissions (indirect emissions from purchased electricity), we collected data from 2019 through 2021 across our three global office regions: the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This effort was a collaborative process involving teams in each location.

CATEGORY 1:

PURCHASED GOODS AND SERVICES

CATEGORY 3:

FUEL AND ENERGYRELATED ACTIVITIES

• Equipment purchased and used in all offices

• Services purchased to help provide global mobility services

• Relocation travel

• Upstream emissions from all fuels and energy (electricity, steam, heating, and cooling) that Altair purchases but are not included in direct (Scope 1) or purchased-energy (Scope 2) emissions

In 2023, we conducted a comprehensive project to add data for Scope 3 (not-owned indirect emissions; e.g., from our value chain). We determined the categories in Scope 3 relevant to our emissions are Category 1: Purchased Goods and Services, Category 6: Business Travel, Category 7: Team Member Commuting, and Category 9: Downstream Transportation and Distribution.

In 2024, we added two new categories to our Scope 3 emissions reporting: Category 3-Fuel and Energy-Related Activities and Category 5-Waste Generated in Operations. Our comprehensive list of the categories we now report on is outlined below. For each category, we have established specific tracking methods to ensure consistent and accurate measurements.

CATEGORY 6: BUSINESS TRAVEL

CATEGORY 7: TEAM MEMBER COMMUTING

• Transportation and lodging purchased for Altair team member business trips

CATEGORY 5:

WASTE GENERATED IN OPERATIONS

• Indirect GHG emissions from the treatment and disposal of waste originating from Altair’s operations that are performed by a third party

CATEGORY 9: DOWNSTREAM TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION

• Transportation taken by team members to and from their local offices

• Household goods shipments and transportation

SUSTAINABILITY

INITIATIVES WITH SUPPLIER PARTNERS

Altair applies the 80/20 rule when reviewing supplier partner impacts. This rule assumes Altair’s top 20% of supplier partners account for 80% of our spend and therefore will be the biggest sources of emissions. In 2024, this accounted for more than 100 supplier partners.

Partnering with our suppliers to reduce emissions will greatly impact our Scope 3 GHG goals. The majority of this data is collected from our annual Supplier Risk Assessment, which includes a specific ESG section. Learn more about our annual assessment, HERE .

Continued work will go into improving the questions in our assessment with suitable guides to help aid the response rate from supplier partners. Additional support will be offered from Altair to our strategic supplier partners in the form of training and education to further aid response rates from those suppliers who account for potentially the largest sources of emissions. With the implementation of Altair’s GHG education program, we anticipate increased levels of supplier engagement year over year.

SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES

WITH SUPPLIER PARTNERS

CLIMATE IMPACT PROGRAM

For this initiative, a number of Altair network partners are making donations to global forestries such as One Tree Planted and Ecologi for every service order they receive from Altair. Since launching this program, we’ve planted 52,644 trees – 20,192 in 2024 alone – with more going into the ground every day.

CLIMATE POSITIVE PROGRAM

Altair’s unique Climate Positive Program is in partnership with Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity and their Zero Net Energy Ready initiative. This program supports the building of ecoefficient homes and helps individuals and families achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

Select supplier partners are making donations to Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity if certain climate-positive decisions have been made by the client or customer. For example, if a customer opts for a virtual household goods survey, thereby saving fuel costs and reducing carbon output, the participating mover makes an additional donation to Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity. Another example includes auto carriers making donations when they ship electric or hybrid vehicles. Altair mirrors this donation program with select corporate housing partners when a customer opts for a LEED or an Energy Star certified property.

In these programs, the supplier partner is recognizing the customer or client for making an environmentally conscious decision and “paying it forward” by making an additional contribution. Since launching this program, Altair’s Supplier Partners have donated more than $50,775 – with $22,070 raised in 2024.

ADDITIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

Move For Hunger pioneered a sustainable way for the relocation industry to reduce food waste and fight hunger. In 2024, supplier partners in the Altair network collected 1,210,687 pounds of food donations from relocating employees, which is the equivalent of 1,132,127 meals. By saving the food and not having it end up in landfills, this equates to 674.54 metric tons of CO2e saved.

Altair has also partnered with Home Sweet Home and their Discard and Donate program, which benefits the environment and local communities by reducing shipment sizes at origin in a responsible and sustainable manner.

In 2024, Altair clients have reduced shipment weights by 1,824,384 pounds across 1,369 relocations, through this partnership. This translates to:

1,210,687 lbs. OF FOOD DONATIONS 1,132,127 MEALS

674.54 tons OF CO2e SAVED

72,975 lbs. CARDBOARD AND PAPER SAVED

2,432 YTD TREES PLANTED

1,824,384 lbs. OF REDUCED SHIPMENT WEIGHTS

288.80 metric tons CO 2e IMPACTS

SUPPLIER PARTNER REPORT CARD

Altair’s comprehensive scoring methodology with KPIs includes the supplier partner’s overall performance in four areas: Compliance, Customer Experience, Client Experience, and Community (representing ESG performance).

As part of the Community (ESG) section, we are reporting and scoring each supplier partner’s performance in three ways:

Annual assessment on each partner’s ESG program, including their environmental, social, diversity, and other community programs and performance.

Documentation of the partner’s participation with organizations such as Move For Hunger, their diversity initiatives, and their training and designations with environmental programs such as EcoVadis, EPA SmartWay, and the UN Decades (Environmental) charter.

Reporting on each partner’s year-over-year carbon reduction efforts.

We incorporate these scores into the supplier partner’s overall report card and KPI score. By incorporating ESG strategies into day-to-day activities, our supplier partners are not only making an impact on their communities but also being recognized for their efforts by Altair and our clients with the potential to be awarded additional booking volume.

Altair’s KPI methodology provides a framework for continuous improvement for our supplier partners while providing tangible incentives.

EMISSIONS REDUCTION PLAN

SCOPE 1 TARGET: NOT APPLICABLE

No action is required to reduce emissions in Scope 1. Due to the nature of Altair’s day-to-day work and business model there are no direct fuel consumption emissions to report.

SCOPE 2

TARGET: TO ACHIEVE NET ZERO OF SCOPE 2 BY 2025

All of Altair’s 11 global offices are leased, and energy is purchased to fuel and heat/cool each office. Energy is either purchased directly from the provider or through the building’s management company. In 2022, Altair did a full review of the energy consumption for each office, using 2019 as the baseline for Scope 2 emissions.

To reduce Scope 2 data and achieve our Net Zero target, Altair has been working to:

Switch to Renewable Energy: Transfer to renewable energy for all offices globally. Offices in London, The Hague, and Dublin are already fully supplied by renewable energy.

Conduct Energy Audits: Review the efficiency of buildings and equipment in each office. Heating and

Altair understands the importance of having our GHG emissions data verified by a third-party company. In order to progress further on our sustainability journey and to show our unwavering commitment to tackling the climate crisis, Altair is committing to Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in early 2025.

• Update supplier partnership contracts with ESG language

HOUSEHOLD GOODS TRANSPORTATION

Household goods transportation contributes to a large proportion of Altair’s Scope 3 emissions. In total, 19.5% of our recorded Scope 3 emissions come from household goods transportation partners. This makes it imperative to review the work done with our partners to implement sustainable strategies throughout our network.

2025 ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES

BUSINESS TRAVEL

Developing more rigorous requirements in our business travel process will help reduce our emissions from business travel sources. Requiring the business need to justify travel versus a virtual meeting is commonplace for a majority of companies these days. We intend to modify our current Business Travel Policy with updated requirements.

TEAM MEMBER COMMUTING

A small but important source of emissions is employee commuting. Altair will consider opportunities for possible alternative travel options to help reduce our emissions. A company wide questionnaire will be used to review team member travel into work and research alternatives.

PROMOTING THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY

As a source of Scope 3 emissions, waste generation also applies to Altair. As we improve on our sustainability journey, we aim to add data for Category 5, Waste Generated, into our Scope 3 total. One aspect will be to review the process in place for E-waste. Ensuring we’ve explored all options to recycle and reuse E-waste, we will implement a solution in each office. This will help with reducing waste in landfills and reducing cost on purchasing new equipment.
