Outdoor Bowls Section

Another year - another successful one! As your new President, I would like to convey my thanks to those of you who during the past year served on our Executive, and also to our members who have diligently made your contribution to the running of our section and the benefits of the past will carry on into the future. Our Saturday Club Days and Club Champs have been well supported by the members with everybody enjoying the occasion and some great bowls played. Our Match Committee have put in place an excellent programme for the next year. We would welcome any new members to come and have a go. Coaching is available from our Club coaches. Our season opens on the 5th September 2020. We, as a club are very proud of one of our members who was selected to represent New Zealand. Garry Taylor was selected in the NZ Parafed Outdoor Bowls Squad - Well Done!
