30mL Cointreau
30mL Fresh lime juice
30mL Silver Tequila
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Top (50mL) with Sparkling Rosé
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake until well chilled
Strain into chilled coupe or cocktail glass
Top off with champagne
Garnish with a rose petal

30mL Fresh lime juice
30mL Cranberry rosemary simple syrup Rosemary sprig
Shake Rum, lime juice and syrup with ice
Strain into glass over ice
Garnish with rosemary
To make syrup
Add 2 cups cranberries, 2-3 sprigs rosemary, 1 cup water and 3/4 cups sugar to saucepan and simmer over medium heat.
Cook until cranberries are soft, about 10 minutes. Cool and strain through sieve.
3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. (90mL)
2 Parts of Aperol (60mL)
1 Splash of soda (30mL)
1 Slice of orange
Place cubes in a stemmed balloon glass
Pour 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. (90mL)
Follow by pouring 2 parts of Aperol (60mL) and 1 ounce of soda (30mL)
