2. You better have someone “own,” your coffee if you’re going to leave your cup while you go to the restroom, if you don’t, that’s a restriction.

3. You wake up late for Morning Meditation, that’s a restriction.

4. You talk to anyone not living in the house or that isn’t a counselor, that’s a restriction.

5. You have to work on your shit in-group, if you aren’t working on your shit and owning your shit, that’s a restriction.

6. You can only use the upstairs bathroom, that’s the girls’ bathroom, if you use downstairs in the basement, that’s a restriction.

7. During room checks, if your bed isn’t made that’s a restriction.

8. You’re on Pots and Pans, if everything isn’t clean that’s a restriction.

9. You go have to go downtown and get a TB test at the homeless clinic and shelter, and a shot also. If you talk to anyone that’s a restriction.

10. You have to fill out the Food Stamps paperwork by this afternoon, so that the house gets food. If it’s not done by tonight, that’s a restriction.

11. You presented your life timeline at 10pm? That’s a restriction.

12. You spend too long in the bathroom taking a shit, you’re probably using, that’s a blackout, for three days.

13. You’re a spoiled brat. You’re a self-centered spoiled brat. You’re a fake, entitled bitch.
