Showing appreciation to our esteemed customers is a cornerstone of our ethos at Allied Business Solutions. Last month we continued the tradition of hosting our customers at the Boise Hawks game for our Annual Customer Appreciation Picnic. We were thrilled to host approximately 150 of our valued customers, thanking them for their unwavering support and trust in our services.
With seats along the 3rd base line, we ensured our customers had the best view of the thrilling match. The day was filled with cheer, camaraderie, and an outpouring of appreciation for the partnerships that help drive our business.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we can't wait to show more gratitude throughout the baseball season. We're also delighted to sometimes have the opportunity to offer last minute tickets to employees when all of our customers are busy for that game, Aubrey will send out an email if tickets are available.

If you've ever wondered how Allied stays on top of the enormous amount of paperwork and digital files that come with running a business, the secret is in our use of M-Files. This dynamic platform for document and process management is an invaluable tool that keeps our operations streamlined and organized Our in-house M-Files maestro, Brent Meacham, recently took the time to provide a training session to shed light on the capabilities and potential of this impressive system.
M-Files goes beyond the realm of a conventional filing system. This platform, designed to work in sync with Windows, offers a quick-access list of vaults right on your desktop. Think of these vaults as your personal digital librarians, categorizing and cataloguing everything, making document retrieval simpler than ever This is the same system that underpins Allied's invoice management and processing
Each and every document stored on M-Files, whether it's an invoice, a project file, or a lease agreement, is marked with metadataimportant details and tags associated with the file. This metadata serves as a detailed preview of the document, providing crucial information at a glance. No more time wasted opening files only to discover they're not the ones you're after!
But M-Files doesn't stop at organizing files - it's a complete workflow wizard. It helps us not only manage and track our documents but also create and streamline our workflows Whether we're sorting invoices by their workflow state, processing lease returns, or even just keeping track of equipment, M-Files has got it handled. It's like having a virtual assistant for every process in the company.
The challenge for Allied is to continue to find new, innovative ways to utilize MFiles M-Files is more than just a software platform, it's a tool that can fundamentally transform how we work. We should be asking not just how we can use it better internally, but how our customers could benefit from it as well.
Case in point, Idaho Pacific Lumber. They process an astounding 300 invoices per day, a workload that could easily bury an accounting team But with M-Files, they've managed to handle this influx, and even taken on more work without having to increase their staff size. This is a testament to the transformative power of M-Files. DMB Supply is another shining example of M-Files' versatility. The company uses MFiles to process their company's credit cards. Southwest Idaho Electrical Training
Center uses it to manage their training programs and student documentation. It's clear to see that M-Files isn't a one-sizefits-all solution, but a flexible tool that can be molded to fit a variety of business needs.
So, what's the challenge for Allied? We need to be continually thinking about how we can leverage M-Files, both for improving our own internal processes and for creating value for our customers. If you spot an opportunity where a client could benefit from M-Files, don't hesitate to reach out to our helpdesk. At Allied, we encourage and reward initiative, with lead commission spiffs on opportunities.
So, whether you're curious about M-Files, you have ideas on how we could use it more effectively, or you've identified a potential opportunity, reach out to Brent Meacham
Together, we can revolutionize the way we manage our files, one document at a time
May was a month of significant engagement and partnership for our Salt Lake City office. The anticipated Utah Prints event became a melting pot of tech enthusiasts, business moguls, and visionary vendors. We were proud to share this platform with industry leaders including Canon, Epson, Xerox, Duplo, Formax, Kelly Spicers, Plockmatic, and XMPIE.
The event opened doors to a wealth of knowledge exchange, collaboration, and networking opportunities. We not only showcased our unparalleled tech solutions but also learned from the vast experiences of our peers. The interactions fostered at the event will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing mission of helping businesses scale without limitations.
Our team left Utah Prints invigorated, inspired, and brimming with ideas. The event proved to be a testament to our commitment to staying on the cutting edge of technology, and we're more excited than ever about bringing the best in tech to our customers.
We have a fantastic opportunity to offer our customers an upgrade or replacement with the powerful Dell Vostro 7510. Don't miss out on this chance to meet the needs of customers seeking enhanced performance and productivity.

I really loved my experience volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House this month! Not only did I get to play a small role in such an amazing organization for a night, I also loved working with the other volunteers and getting to know Missie, Cindi, and Jennifer while we made dinner! Even though we struggled to make a decent batch of cookies, we had a lot of fun! All the staff at RMH are amazing and we even got a chance to tour the incredible new facility. I definitely recommend volunteering and will be doing it again!
-Karen LotzIt was wonderful participating in chef night with the Ronald McDonald house I really enjoy helping those in need and have experience with helping with the chef nights in Oklahoma City, where I am from. Some of my favorite parts of helping Allied with chef night was cooking the meals. We did such a great job, except for the cookie fiasco but we all made it work. It was nice to be with coworkers, laughing and getting to know each other a little better I was able to see the heart Allied has for its community. Ronald McDonald House has a wonderful building with lots of room for those families needing a safe place to stay while their babies or younger children are in the hospital for care. There is a lot of room to house the families in and the rooms looked very welcoming and nice for those staying They have three kitchens all in the same place with lots of supplies for cooking. I loved the designs of the Lego wall, the secret toy room, and the building itself. I loved being able to spend time there with the Ronald McDonald House with my co-workers and feeling a sense of culture and community, which is very important to me I am a social work major and have a big heart for helping those in need. I really appreciate Allied doing something for the community.
-Jennifer Wherle RANDY, TOM AND COLLEEN (RMH VOLUNTEER) RANDY & MINDY (PREVIOUS RMH DIRECTOR)Our Boise branch volunteers, Missie, Karen, and Jennifer, served a comforting meal at the Ronald McDonald House. They prepared chicken fajitas, corn and bean salad, and snickerdoodle cookies, bringing joy to the families in need. A heartfelt experience that made a difference.
