As part of our ongoing efforts to build strong relationships with customers and prospects, the Marketing team recently partnered with Sales to sponsor local golf tournaments and events. This initiative not only provides a unique opportunity for our sales team to connect with their VIP clients and prospects in a fun and relaxed setting, but also supports great causes in our community.
In July, we sponsored the Boise Metro Chamber Golf Classic, which attracted some of the region's most influential business leaders. By participating in this event, our sales team was able to invite their top customers and prospects out for a round of golf on us – a wonderful way to build connections and show appreciation for their loyalty.
The best part? The proceeds from these events always go towards supporting local organizations and charities, further demonstrating our commitment to giving back to the community we serve. This alignment with sales not only drives business results but also reinforces our company's values of teamwork, community engagement, and customercentricity.
We're thrilled to be a part of this initiative and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in our community through these events. Stay tuned for more updates on our marketing efforts and how we're driving growth and value for our organization!

streamline and optimize our marketing activities, we've recently implemented a new lead tracking solution that's revolutionizing the way we manage leads from all sources.
From now on, every website form submission and call-in will be automatically routed into M-Files, where they'll be assigned to our Sales team for follow-up. This not only ensures that no lead falls through the cracks but also gives our sales reps a clear view of which leads are hot and which need more nurturing. But that's not all – we've also developed a Power BI report that provides realtime visibility into the status of each lead, giving our Leadership team unparalleled insights into the performance of our marketing efforts. Whether you're looking to track conversion rates, identify trends in lead quality, or monitor the effectiveness of specific campaigns, this report has got you covered.
With our new lead tracking solution in place, we're now better equipped than ever to:

We're thrilled with the progress we've made on this project and look forward to continuing to refine and improve our lead tracking capabilities.
Stay tuned for further updates from the Marketing team!

Ramblerfest in Cascade on July 27 was a great success! Allied supported the event with a donation to the Cascade School District's athletic department.

Attendees enjoyed live music, food, and entertainment, all while contributing to local sports programs. The community's enthusiasm and generosity shone through in their support of student athletes.

The Annual Service Team outing (along with supporting team members) spent an adrenaline-filled evening at Firebird Raceway! The event was packed with roaring engines, intense races, and plenty of excitement. It was a great opportunity for them to unwind and enjoy some high-speed thrills! The day was a memorable mix of fun, fast cars, and great company!
