Dear Ally members and Leaders,
Now the FESTIVAL session is startedTEEJ, RAKSHA BANDHAN, KRISHAN JANAMATHMI, GANESH CHATYRTHI and our national festival of INDEPENDENCE. We wish all very happy all Festivals.
The progress given by all District Governors are very wonderful and encouraging. We have achieved so far 550 LMF and opened 100 new clubs within a period of 4 months. Once again giving my best compliments and good Wishes to all members.
Second Multiples Meet of South and North has been already finalised. All District Governors and Vice District Governors are requested to participate with full preparation.
All District Governors are requested to send one page Advertisement of Rs 7000.00 compulsory to the District Directory and send to our International Office within a week positively. All District Governors are also requested to pay their District’s International and Multiple Dues as early as possible.

The August 2025 edition covering events and services of JULY 2025 is in your hands now.
I am very glad that we resume publishing as per the schedule and seeking every cooperation from the District Leadership in sending the stuff for Magazine in time.
I request all District Governors to carefully store important photographs and details of the events and services conducted in your district. Kindly send individual image photos only and avoid sending multiple combined / designed photos and / or photos embedded in PDF files. Please send this content by the end of each month or by the 5th of the following month at the latest.
Our goal is to make sure the Magazine reflects the entire range of activities and services across all districts. This will significantly enhance awareness and visibility of our Alliance Organisation and aid in bringing in new members.
We encourage you to forward the Alliance Views Magazine to your networks. When people see the variety of events and services happening across the country, they may be inspired to join and support our mission.
I seek your full cooperation in sending details of your district’s events and services each month, preferably consolidated in one or two emails. Kindly follow the provided guidelines while sending content.

This edition on Alliance Science Quiz Championship 2025 is in continuation to my previous write up. As I am saying every time and again, Alliance Science Quiz is not merely a contest, it is as well a knowledge booster for our younger generation.
Toconductthequizchampionshipsmoothly,Iamsuggestingsomepointswhichcanbefollowed:
1.Districts should appoint a science quiz committee headed by any senior leader preferably having good knowledge and command in computer.
2.A letter of request be drafted for school Principals giving complete details about our Alliance Science Quiz Program covering all points of my previous letter.
3.A POC /Nodal Officer be appointed in schools to record willing participants details in both Junior and Senior groups viz. Name; Father’s Name; Standard; Jr/Sr. Group; Mobile number and Email ID in a excel sheet to be forwarded to District Officials.
4.In case schools are participating for the first time, sample question with answers and how to record in MOR sheet be illustrated.
5.It is my suggestion, Districts should sent at least two Science quiz guide books along with letter to every school and follow up for participation. These books are available from International Office at a discounted rate of Rs. 20.00/-
6.The letter should contain District Coordinator’s name, mobile number to resolve queries if any.
7.As Districts are to bear the cost of stationary, arrangements and prizes etc, a nominal participation fee can be charged from participants.
8.As per the guidance from International Office, minimum cash prize to be given to team of two participants are given below:
Apart from the cash prizes, Districts should give “Certificate of Participation; Trophies to the Winners and a Trophy to Winner schools.

Guidelines for sending Services & Events Photos for Alliance Views Monthly Magazine.
1.District Governors or their authorised representatives are requested to collect the photos of their district and forward the given email id before 5 of every month. th
2. Kindly select good number of Important Photos of both Events and Services.
3. Kindly do not just forward multiple photos directly in an email.
4. Do not send many photos for one service.
5.Kindly avoid Selfie Photos.
6.Give a short description in the name of the photo itself (Example: Club Name - Service Name like Presidency Club - Feed the Hunger, Presidency Club – Free Medical Camp).
7. Otherwise – Give Names like Photo 1, Photo 2, Photo 3 and mention the description of services in the body of the email or separate word document.
8.Forward the photos in a Zip Folder to allianceviewsone@gmail.com and in the Subject line mention your District Name, Month & Year of Services.
9.One or two emails with photos per District per month is highly appreciated.
10.Kindly make sure your email reaches us on or before 5 of every month. th
