There is a mushroom that has been chewed by bugs. A path of gnawed marks is formed on the mushroom, and all the mushroom cells along the path dead, thus forming a [path of death]. This is an unavoidable law of nature, but it is also a unique mark given by nature, and the uniqueness and unexpectedness draw me in. [Path of Death] divides the mushroom into two halves, but at the same time gives each a unique shape. In a word,Death may bring separation, but it is not necessarily means end, and the future is always unknown.

There is so much joy and love in being a parent, but it can also cost a lot of money. You can help your children economically when you are alive, but when ‘Death Do Us Part’ the parental help through ‘Mom Bank’ ends, the credit card expires, and the inheritance is split. But this does not mean that the love from a mom has expired. The card symbolizes much more than money. It symbolizes infinite love - after death. The 4 crosses represent death. 0143 is the code from the time of pagers - it means ‘I love you’. 1365 stands for every single day of the year. The last four numbers are 9s. 9 is the number for truth and completion?? as well as love, eternity, and faith. The expired card is a symbol of appreciation of life because we all know that death is inevitable. When we were born, we took a loan in death, and now this loan has expired. It is a memorial after death. It confirms that there is no more financial help, but the love of a mother is eternal.

memory The illusion of memory appear in consistent or inconsistent forms. Repeat rearranging and reassembling the memory pieces one by one, scattered through the exposed and abandoned traces. The process of rediscovering the meaning and value of life in the objectified object that projected something is only possible through the method and reason of constant self-censorship.

me I feel nostalgic, comforted, stable and healed through the precious memories of my childhood. So I began to keep the memory in a single space. Silver, the main material in my work, reminded me of a scene of our time as a pure child.
