Current Activities We have less than a month until the first phase of our program comes to an end and we celebrate the school completion with the local communities! Roofing work and infill walls on our schools are complete and plastering and painting has begun. Our WaSH facilities are also coming along nicely with plastering and roofing work well underway. The families of the students have been involved at each school site. It’s been incredible to see the number of local day volunteers working alongside our international staff and volunteers. We believe this will have a twofold impact, instilling a sense of true community pride and ownership amongst the families, who will know they contributed to their child’s school reconstruction, and helping us stay on schedule.
Community Voices “The truth is that, through All Hands and Hearts, I’m learning if one day the world decides to unite for good causes, we will have a better world [than] we ever dreamed. It is up to each one of us. - Orlando Armando, Community Coordinator
