• Created in 2014 •

Ubiquest is an urban game and event agency based in Phnom Penh in Cambodia and provided by All Dreams Cambodia, a leading DMC in the country. It also has branches in Ho Chi Minh City (Viet Nam) and Lisboa (Portugal). Our goal is to organize live-action games and scripted events all over Cambodia & Vietnam for local & international companies, private groups and individuals.

We organize new concepts of team building in order to take participants out of their daily routine while offering them brand new experiences. We focus on storytelling and have spent a lot of time building our scripts.

In 2018: Ubiquest welcomed 2000 corporate participants and 1000 private individuals in Vietnam.

In 2020 : Ubiquest was officially launched in the Kingdom of Cambodia .

Time is a flexible concept with which the teams will have to play smartly. Participants will use mountain bikes to cover a large game area located in a natural landscape made of orchards and small villages.

Each game zone will come with specific missions during which the teams will gather information about the location of the final place. Each mission must be addressed by the team who will always have to decide whether they go fast and risk to fail or go slowly and make sure to get the clue...

A scavenger hunt will see the teams compete for tokens through quizzes, riddles and funny challenges.

With the tokens earned during the first part, all teams join an auction where they will bid for items they may need to build their Totem. Spending has to be strategic!

The auction is finished and all teams have gathered their products. They now have a limited amount of time to create their Animal Totem and customize it. Great imagination skills & team spirit needed!

1/ The Marshmallow challenge

Teams must build the tallest freestanding structure out of 20 sticks of spaghetti, tape, string, and one marshmallow. The marshmallow has to be on top.

2/ Scavenger hunt

With this activity, players will have the opportunity to exercise and discover the area. Teams will have to complete challenges and read a map in order to discover the final location of the hunt.

3/ The Pipeline of the century

Teams are challenged to build a pipeline with limited supplies. The clincher is that each team’s section of the pipeline must interface with those before and after it. At the end, the whole structure must be able to safely transport a maximum number of marbles.

Ø As part of our commitment to reduce carbon emissions, we are certified by ECOSOL and we calculate our carbon impact as well as our programs’, which we offset through supporting various environmental projects in Cambodia carried out by eligible NGOs, in collaboration with the Cambodian Ministry of Environment. We also purchase carboncredits to SOUTH POLE, our offsetting partner.

Ø We are a signatory of The Glasgow Declaration, led by UNWTO in collaboration with the Travel Foundation, and within the framework of the One Planet Network and Tourism Declares a Climate Emergency initiatives.

Ø We have established our Code of Conduct of Sustainable Practices for Tourism Suppliers & Partners, and created our own logo to indicate in our programs the hotels committed to sustainability. This logo is not the official logo of an accredited organization with a certification .

We say NO to plastic!

Ø We offer our clients metal bottles to refill, and provide unlimited water during tours. We purchase our filtered water from TEUK SAAT 1001, an organization we also support by donating USD 2 for each of our tourists to provide free drinking water for a year to a child in a primary school.

Ø We support TONTOTON, a program that offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution to reduce plastic pollution, and have launched the "Plastic-free coastlines" movement.

Ø We have a partnership with ECO-BRICKS which recovers plastic waste and turns it into building bricks.

Ø In 2022, we launched the #ONESTEPNOPLASTIC movement to fight plastic pollution in Cambodia, and to promote the Kingdom as a sustainable and attractive tourist destination.

Carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gases (including carbon dioxide and methane) that are generated by our actions. It is caused by an individual, event, organization, service, place or product, expressed as carbon dioxide equivalent.

In many cases, carbon footprints cannot be entirely eliminated by changing one's own actions. But it can be compensated by by taking actions that reduce an equivalent amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere or prevent greenhouse gases from being produced.
