Points of interests Connection

Having a great location and a few points of interest, at the same time, the area is very industrial and isn’t connected to the rest of the city comfortably.
Though providing numerous opportunities, the area is quite tricky — it can be easily gentrified due to its location and waterfront access and can suffer from flooding.

Requirements

• Flood protection
• Avoid gentrificatication
• Keep the locals
• Integrate new residents
• Connect the area to other neighbourhood
• While, of course, keeping in mind sustainable development goals
